It was quiet, clean and comfortable, walking distance to places to eat so that was a plus!

They lied to me about the room over the phone, didn't clean the room Sunday when we had the placard on the doorknob, they didn't offer to make it right, just gave us towels to take up to our room, when we left, the guy at the desk never asked us how our stay was or nothing. He just asked if we were checking out, didn't say have a nice day or nothing. We're going to stay at another motel next time.

Posted Mar. 10, 2024 on HotelsMy family vacations in Florida or South Carolina every winter and on our way south we always spend the night in Knoxville at this hotel, but we won't be staying here again after this visit. The rooms were in terrible condition, there were dead beetles stuck to the ceiling in 1 of the rooms, the sheets looked dirty, there were rips in the furniture and holes in the walls, the swimming pool was ice cold and the hot tub water was dirty, the elevator said it hadn't been inspected in almost 2 years and was so rickety we decided against using it and took the stairs up and down to the 4th floor, the sink had a giant crack in it, the big mirror in the entry to the room fell off the wall ... I could go on and on.

Breakfast was good with a varied hot offers each day. Would have hoped the desk clerk upon check in explained when breakfast hours were and that the wifi password was on our key card envelope.
