My family and I had an amazing Knoxville trip as a result of staying in this home. The house was perfect (spacious, comfortable, relaxing). The proximity to shopping/food/entertainment is superb and the location was quiet she in a great neighborhood. I will always want to stay here whenever we visit! The host was AMAZING, too. We truly enjoyed the house throughout our five night stay. It is the ideal setup for a family of five. The two “family” rooms allowed for our group to spread out when needed. The house had everything we could ask for and even had holiday decorations in place. It was very clean and well appointed. We would recommend the rental to any group coming to the area. The house is fabulous, spacious, clean, quiet, and decorated beautifully! We were very comfortable with all basic needs provided for (soap, trash bags, cooking essentials, toilet paper, sheets/towels, wi-fi, etc.). The location was excellent for traveling into downtown, the UTK campus, and for visiting with our family in the Knoxville area. The hosts are quick to respond and communicate well. We had no issues with finding the house or getting groceries and take out delivered. This will be our first choice of rental when we visit Knoxville next time!

Awesome stay!

We had family meet us in Knoxville for UT graduation. It worked out perfectly for my parents and a couple of relatives to join us. Plenty of space to have dinner and enough rooms for everyone to sleep. Julie was great with communication and flexible with giving my parents a little extra time to pack up and head out. There were plenty of restaurants and stores close by and UT campus was about 15 minutes away. It was a great stay!!

Family Time

The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We had 7 adult family members staying and the house was very comfortable for all. The large dining table and island was a great gathering space.The location was 20 minutes from downtown and the University, as well as the airport. Family Bday getaway

The house was PERFECT for our adult group of 9, celebrating 4 special bdays. Julie was easy to work with on special requests and was happy to accommodate when possible. 5 rooms are spacious, comfy beds and linens. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything you need. 2 living rooms were also a perk, and having the laundry room gave us peace of mind when packing. Front porch and back patio gave even more space to spread out and relax. Was a very quiet neighborhood and felt like a safe area! DoorDash available and fast. Ride shares to downtown available, however may need planning ahead, as they get extremely busy when events are happening and quickly become unavailable.

UTK Visit


Stayed here with extended family while visiting my daughter and catching a football game at UTK. House is as advertised and met our needs. Clean, close to campus, and was very comfortable for us. Was a nice option over a hotel room. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Perfect property for a family vacation. My sister and her family and my family were very comfortable in this house. 2 family rooms allowed our young adult children to use one while the parents enjoyed the other family room. The large table was perfect for dining and playing games. The only thing we thought was missing was an outdoor grill. It would have been nice to use with the spacious patio in the backyard. Otherwise a perfect place.
