*PLEASE MAKE REQUESTS BEFORE ARRIVAL IF POSSIBLE. OUR STAFF GOES HOME TO THEIR FAMILIES AFTER CLEANING AND PREPARING THE TENTS. THANK YOU. HOWEVER, FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT DIRECTIONS OR ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE 24/7. WE ALSO HAVE FIREWOOD AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS ON THE HONOR SYSTEM.

On most Saturdays April through December, the outdoor shower is closed from 5pm-10pm because it is located at our wedding venue. Apologies for this inconvenience.

*There is a gravel incline up to the glamping site that motorcycle riders have expressed difficulty with. We have a parking lot below that you are welcome to utilize if needed. And as always just reach out if you experience anything that needs assistance.

*Glampers with mobility challenges will likely need to drive to the Stables where the shower and bathrooms are located. The walking trail to the glamping sites is steep and may be a challenge to maneuver.

*Winter Months: We DO provide a Mr. Heater Propane Portable Buddy Heater free of charge, but you must purchase our 20lb propane canisters or bring your own 20 lb or 1lb green propane fuel canisters. Packing additional blankets or sleeping bags are also recommended for your comfort.

By staying as a registered guest at this Campground, You:

• There is no smoking permitted within the accommodations or in community areas including the restrooms and bathhouses. *

• Quiet time: 11pm to 7am. Any noise disturbances including loud music will be warned once and then asked to leave without a refund.*

• Fireworks are strictly prohibited on our property. The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. If these items are seen outside your tent, you will be asked to leave immediately.

• Speed limit is 10 mph. Drive slowly and watch for children. *

• Owners confirm that the pet(s) is properly vaccinated, not aggressive and properly licensed as required by local, county, or state statutes, and will be held solely responsible for any and all liabilities incurred by the pet’s actions. Guest(s) confirm that the pet fee has been paid on the platform.

• ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration for myself, and the occupants of your camping unit, being permitted to camp and participate in the activities, I and all persons listed below, agree to the following Waiver and Release:

1. I hereby knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless, Holston Springs LLC, Strawberry Creek LLC, and GlampKnox Canvas Campground including all directors, officers and employees of all liability for injuries caused by, but NOT LIMITED TO, the following activities: CAMPFIRES, HIKING, FISHING, SWIMMING, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, WATER AMENTIES, PLANNED EVENTS, DOGS, SHOWERS, BICYCLE OR MOTORCYCLE USE, GOLF CARTS, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS AND ENCOUNTERS WITH WILDLIFE. I additionally agree to indemnify Holston Springs LLC, Strawberry Creek LLC, and GlampKnox Canvas Campground, their directors, officers and employees against any legal cost, medical cost, and any other expense arising from any and all injuries, liabilities, or damages from participation at the amenities here at GlampKnox Canvas Campground.

2. I understand that the amenities at GlampKnox Canvas Campground are also shared by others that staff and management have no control over and I agree to assume all liability for myself, child/children, and all the occupants of my camping unit, even if arising from negligence from other participants of GlampKnox Canvas Campground.

3. I agree to read all posted signs and understand that all amenities are “play atyour own risk” and that there is no swimming in the pond and no lifeguard on duty. I agree to always follow all instructions from the staff.

4. I have read, understand, and agree to follow the terms, conditions, rules and regulations listed above even if they are not applicable at listed property. I further understand that if I do not comply, I may be asked to leave the location without refund. These terms, conditions, rules, and regulations cover registered and non-registered guests in my party. *
