The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked about a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. This is a great option to avoid high-priced Pigeon Forge weekend rates. We stayed here when we arrived in the area on Saturday, then visited Pigeon Forge on Sunday/Monday when the rates are about 100 less than weekends.
