•two staff members were rude and short. •the extractor in the bathroom didn’t work •the new air quality sensor is terrible, it gets triggered with any spray or aerosol that you may use. The staff did not make us aware of that and it kept beeping all night and when they reset it we had no electricity in the room. On top of everything two staff members were rude and short. They even implied that they couldn’t assist with anything since the reservation was done through a third party, in this case Expedia.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Hilton Garden Inn – Knoxville, Papermill Road! I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Knoxville on Papermill Road! I stayed in a King Deluxe room for my birthday, and my family joined me with two additional rooms. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d hope for. The staff was spectacular — friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better — convenient to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is. I’m usually a tough critic, but this place truly impressed me. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I come back home to Knoxville! Highly recommend!

The window was broken in the room and just taped up. Had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast is nothing special but still costs $16 per person. Stayed at a competitor that had the same breakfast and it was included in the room cost. They had no contact solution in the market area even though they said they had everything you'd need. And yes it was game weekend but the price was ridiculous and not even close to worth it.
