This is a very large hotel. It was pretty crowded but they have a large parking lot. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable.

This property was extremenly clean, well maintained, and a quiet spot for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and the location is a short 15 minute drive into downtown Knoxville.

Our overall stay was good. The hotel was clean quiet and in a great location. Parking was tight due to UTK game. The reason I didn’t give 5stars is the carpet in our room felt sticky and dirty. They need to shampoo the carpets on a regular basis. Second reason they need more furniture in the rooms another chair and table or something we need a place to sit to put on make up, lol!
