Knox Connection Is your Gateway into Knoxville and The Great Smokey Mountain Natl Park.
When you enter the front door you will feel the abundant amount of space with our 2100 square feet home. Your Private wing with Master king sized suite was Designed by the Owner with Unique Industrial cement walls. Distinctive Detailed touches give this room the edge that makes it special for our Guest. There are two bathrooms upstairs,the king master en-suite with Shower, the second bathroom with tub/shower is in the hall upstairs just down from the King suite. Plus a half bath downstairs.
Please note:
There is a second well appointed queen size bedroom upon request. Please ask for special pricing.
Wifi is in place along with High top table and chairs for working online or while searching for the many events such as live music.

Blackout Curtains help Set the mood for Watching your favorite show’s and movies on your 70 Inch TV. Stretch out on The King size Ashley Chime Mattress. Cooling bamboo Sheets and Linen Bedding will have you dreaming to wake up and explore one or many of the 112.5 Greenways and trails.
A Bike is on the property for your convenience. Ride to local eateries.Burger House,Wild Boar Restaurant. Donut shop,The local Boutique (Reap The Sew) is within walking distance.
Start off with a cup of Coffee in your private suite, or from the newly remodeled Main Kitchen. Can’t wait to get the day started! Conveniently drive thru and order your favorite blend at our own Trevor Bayne Mahalo Coffee house right at the entrance of our Community. Park and go inside and enjoy the hospitality and beautiful decor. The Smell of Coffee and homemade baked goods. (Have to try the warmed Banana bread).
House Mountain is a must to experience. With it being the Highest peak in Knox County. Ijam's Nature center is 15 minutes into Knoxville for Tree top walkers,biking,hiking,kayaking,paddle boarding.
Enjoy Tacos at Sokno’s just minutes from Ijam’s.
Norris Dam lakes are our pick for fishing. Boat rentals are also available. After a day out exploring come home to Enjoy a glass of wine, beer or your favorite drink in the newly installed swing bed on the outdoor covered deck. WEIGHT LIMIT 275 pounds!!
Grill Burgers or steaks with the use of spices, utensils, plates, pots and pans as well as a dish washer provided for you.
Start up the Propane fire-pit or have roasted hotdogs and s’more’s at your Wood burning fir-pit in the back yard.
Living room area has a custom designed sectional seating with it’s own 70 Inch TV as well. Equipped with fire-stick, Netflix, YouTube and many more.

The house was very nice, and very clean. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. One constructive comment: When trying to enjoy the beautiful rear porch the surveillance camera gave me the fantods.

Amazing Stay

This is our second year staying in this rental. There is a reason we keep coming back. Traci is an amazing host providing everything you could possibly want or need. The house is gorgeous and continues to be the best house we've rented in our VRBO history. The best part is the bed!! You will not be disappointed with this rental!

Fantastic!

We enjoyed our short stay at Knox Connection. Traci was quite helpful and responsive in communicating. Her home was perfect for our stay. It's decorated beautifully and the floorplan, deck and outdoor area offer a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We definitely want to return to this property sometime in the future.

Absolutely perfect!!

This house has every amenity you might want. Nice quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous decor with state of the art appliances. Very cozy and comfortable. Lovely bed. Impeccably clean. Traci was helpful and quick to communicate. Her taste in design and selection of creature comforts is best of the best! I was there for the football game. Beautiful house

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Home is impeccably decorated! Bed is super comfy!!! Unfortunately we got stuck in post-football night game traffic so couldn’t take advantage of all of the amazing amenities! We arrived on property at 1:15am. Not knowing the area or the house can be scary but the house was so lit up with lights and there was music playing on the TV. Such a welcoming touch!!! We did enjoy coffee on the outside porch while watching GMA! Absolutely amazing and hope to return!

Lovely home, nice neighborhood

Beautiful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood of north Knoxville. We loved sitting out on the back porch with the great swing, and convenient grill. Big backyard with cornhole game and firepit. Everything you would need in the kitchen to cook a meal, with a nice big island. Bed was very comfy. Stairs to bedroom on second level are a little steep, but I did appreciate the small lights activated by motion each time I approached. Good that there was a powder room on the main level. Close to the expressway, so you can get around town easily. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

This house is incredible. Everything you could want or need times a thousand! It is by far the best rental out there. The bed is so comfortable, which is rare in rental homes. Communication with Traci was a breeze. Pictures do not do this house justice. It's far enough from the main areas to be just a quick hop on a highway to get to downtown. Don't pass this up if you're going to be in the area!

Beautiful, relaxing, and comfy!

This was a great space for our group. In a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The home has a large living room and kitchen for gathering/socializing. Well stocked with KCups and bottled water. There is a beautiful back porch to lounge and relax. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay special. Note that bedrooms are upstairs and the steep stairway may present accessibility challenges for some people. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will rent again!

Great place in Knoxville!

Had a terrific time at this beautiful home in the Knoxville area. Very quiet neighborhood and not too far from the things we wanted to do. Home is beautiful and extremely well stocked in the kitchen! Would stay here again if we’re ever in the Knoxville area again. Traci was a joy to work with.

Peaceful and restful

We have to say, this was one on the most beautifully, appointed, comfortable homes we have stayed in quite some time. All of the amenities were perfect. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to make a meal, which we did a lot. The back porch, we thoroughly enjoyed. Sipping coffee in the mornings and enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. Traci was such a joy to work with. She was very informative when we had questions. We highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, clean home for a peaceful getaway.

Cozy quiet stay

What a beautiful cozy home! Had everything we needed. Spent time on the closed in patio enjoying the cool, quiet evenings. Short distance to Knoxville. Very kind owner who ensured we had all we needed. Even though we had to cut our week short it was a very restful, calming place to stay. We recommend to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful and relaxing

We were in town for a wedding and this was perfect for our needs. The host communicates well, the house and grounds are beautiful, and the room is large, private and comfortable. This location is very convenient to Knoxville and the surrounding area and is in a great, established neighborhood. If you need a room to use as home-base while in the area, you can't go wrong here!
