The 2 bedrooms are furnished with king size beds each with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on the upper floor.

The Master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Siam on to the adjacent island of Phangan. A sea view that is breath taking; with the resort 2 large swimming pools & jacuzzi reflecting their sunny diamond blue waters below.

Both bedrooms have built in wooden closets with vanities for that extra comfort.

The kitchen, dining and living room all connect without any wall separations giving that absolute feeling of holiday, relax and freedom while having all the comforts as one walks over its glazed white floors.

The living room is furnished in white leather with side and coffee tables and lamps to enhance its décor with entertainment of
a 42 inch Plasma Flat Screen Television (High Definition), DVD & CD Player.

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, 4 range cooker, microwave, air extractor & all kitchen accessories.

We loved this place as it's even better than the photos show. Everything was nice and clean, comfortable and the place is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The view is captivating and we spent a lot of time studying it either from the terrace, the balcony or from the swimming pool, which we always had to ourselves. Housekeeping did an amazing job both before we arrived and on the mid-week clean. They also welcomed us and assisted with our luggage. As mentioned by others your own transport is pretty much essential due to the location. It's not a million miles from the beach but we certainly didn't fancy the walk back up the hill. We prefered to park our hire car at the bottom and drive back up. There's a good selection of restaurants nearby if all types. We tend to use small local type places and our favorite was Malie eatery which we visited more than once as it had the world's best chicken satay and green curry. It's prices are unbelievably cheap as well. We would not hesitate to come back again next time we visit Koh Samui.

Delightful

We had a super stay at this property. The location and views are stunning, there are plenty of decent restaurants nearby and the house is lovely and peaceful. The location on a hillside is much better than some coastal properties we saw which seemed somewhat gloomy. We'd be happy to return one day.

Perfect hideaway with awesome view

Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the spacious villa, the pool and the view in the serene part of the island. You definately need a car or scooter because the villa is situated in a remote area. The shower could be more powerful but that is just a detail.

40th Birthday Island Vacation

Celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday in Koh Samui. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The secluded Jungle setting was amazing and the villa itself checked all the boxes (clean, spacious, great support by the property manager). Thanks for a memorable trip. Hope we can comeback soon.

Excellent Stay on Koh Samui!

Paul's place is a great place to stay! Very clean and the view is amazing! Everything you need is in the villa and communication with Paul was fantastic. A short distance, about 15-20 minutes, from the touristy areas but nothing a vehicle can't handle. The beach is right down the hill for a nice bit of exercise. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff at the villa. They were excellent and made our stay that much better! All in all, a great stay, and highly recommended! Thank you!

An amazing stat

What an amazing place .....The 4 of us loved it ....Staff were so helpful and looked after the place.The apart was clean had everything we needed. The beaches at Bang Por we thought we’re the best on island ....lots of lovely bars & restaurants along the breach.About 0.8 mile walk down hill. I would highly recommend this property .....We had the most fantastic 3 weeks in Koh Samui and this apartment just made it the best holiday ever. We hope to be back.

I have put off my review for a few weeks because I’ve been very conflicted on what to say. Location: quiet and out of the way. Need car or scooter. Nice complex overall. Amenities: Pools AWESOME! No hot tub, just looks like one. Pool table poor condition. Grounds lovely. Staff AWESOME! The reason I am conflicted is that I realize this is someone’s income but I have to call it as I see it. Upon entering the unit, there was a strong lemon smell and the maids were just finishing cleaning. It smelt wonderful until it wore off, and then the overwhelming smell of mould was coming from the kitchen cabinets. It takes time for mould to grow and to smell so strong that this must’ve been going on for a while, which makes me think that the owner knew before I got there. After speaking with him, he informed me he only owned one unit and that I could not be moved. Instead, he said he would have the maids clean the dishes which would not do anything. The couches were described as white leather when it should’ve said dirty, white leather. Lots of fingerprints on the walls and needed an interior paint job. Also looking at the other units balconies, they had nice furniture that looked comfortable, but the furniture on our balcony looked like it was purchased from a garage sale. I so wanted to give a good review but this is a potential health issue that must be resolved.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille Kho Samui. La villa est spacieuse, située dans un environnement calme et dispose d’une magnifique vue sur koh Pha Ngam ! Nous avons également de disposer d’une belle piscine. Le ménage est fait régulièrement dans la villa. La plage et des restaurants sont situés à proximité de la villa (15-20 min à pied) mais cela grimpe beaucoup. Une location de véhicule est préférable et permet de visiter l’ensemble de l’île. Je recommande vivement cette location.

OUI, ce fut un séjour des plus Agréable et Relaxant. Tout d'abord un Propriétaire à vos petits soins du début de la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour et très rassurant pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour (hyper réactif dès que vous lui adresser un mail). Sachez que L'équipe "Kalara" responsable de la Résidence "Kalara Gardens" est Extraordinaire : Un Accueil à l'aéroport Super Pro et à l'heure sans aucun soucis d'Organisation (Voiture Top avec Wifi que nous avions réservé pour 800 Baht = 22 euros !!!). Une Villa Duplex Top, Propre, Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer avec double terrasses, 2 Chambres dont la nôtre avec sa vue à l'étage donnant sur l'Océan bleu avec une grande terrasse, Sanitaires Top, Salon et Cuisine Top, Sol brillant, TV Top, Wifi très fonctionnelle, Climatisation efficace, 2 belles Piscines très propres et idéales pour faire de belles longueurs et vraiment agréables du matin au soir, un billard gratuit en extérieur très appréciable, un service conciergerie Exceptionnel avec Wi, la responsable de notre séjour via notre logement toujours aux petits soins et toujours disponible pour la moindre demande (réservation de taxi, scooter, visites diverses etc.... = On l'a adoré par son professionnalisme), le personnel de notre Villa (3 personnes) ont toujours été à nos petits soins avec un service de nettoyage au Top et la Résidence est super propre avec un parking privé spacieux. En 2 mn en scooter vous êtes aux plages avec des Restaurants, des bars et un Seven à proximité. Croyez moi, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Le site est exceptionnel et nous y retournerons à 100%. 2 Axes d'amélioration = A notre arrivée, pensez à nous mettre quelques fruits de bienvenue avec un petit cocktail rafraichissant + Les matelas des 2 chambres qui sont vraiment trop Durs sauf pour ceux qui aiment les matelas hyper fermes. A faire et refaire

pour la 4 fois a Koh Samui, mes amis et moi avons apprécier la villa, bien situé et surtout au calme, bien équipé, situation dans le nord de l'île, loin de l'agitation des endroits branchés , mais quand même tout ce qu'il faut, nombreux restaurants typique et sympa plage a proximité, et surtout un hôte très disponible,Paul, a l'écoute des vacanciers.Un grand merci aussi aux femmes de ménage, et le couple qui gère l'ensemble des villas, rien a dire, pas de faux pas,top.bref, je recommande cette location pour des vacanciers qui recherche, calme, beauté des paysages, et surtout la gentillesse du peuple thailandais.

Traumhafter, super freundlicher und ruhigen Urlaub.

Hier erlebt man einen traumhaften, super freunflichen und absolut ruhigen Urlaub urlaub. Alles perfekt und einfach abzuwickeln. Moped oder Auto sind Pflicht. In 2 Min. an der Ringstraße, die einmal um die Insel geht. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We stayed a week in this wonderful villa. It was perfectly equipped and has an amazing view to Koh Phangan. Especially the view from the infinity pool is fantastic. Located up on the hill (3-5 min by car / 15 min walking distance to the northern main road and the first beaches) you will definitely enjoy a luxury and relaxing holiday. You can reach Nathon Pier, Maenam and all the other Samui hotspots very easily by car or motorbike. Surprise: We had a wonderful daily cleaning service and enough towels every day for the beach, pool and shower. Thank you Paul and Nadia for this perfect accomodation! We loved it!!!

Beautiful House!

What a beautiful house. The views are amazing and the property was immaculate. It is 'linked' to the Code Hotel which is where you are required to check in. They then drive you around to the property - it is not walking distance (for us anyway). We didn't have a car and made use of the free shuttle down to the beach/ Seven Eleven store. To get to the Beach Club it is around 20-30 minutes drive which the Hotel provide but charge 600 Baht. We were not expecting that. Nadia is on hand to deal with any requests etc and she arranged a trip for us to the Elephant Sanctuary at a competitive price. There was also a hiccup in us being picked up which was not anyone's fault but she dealt with it swiftly and we didn't miss the trip. The ground staff are friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Great place

A slice of heaven The house is very well appointed and I could happy live there forever We seemed to be the only people there during our stay and had the pool to ourselves You do need a car but for me it was an amazingly relaxing holiday There are plenty of restaurants at the bottom of the hill and we didn’t have a bad meal in two weeks We loved the Music beach club during the day as it had a great service and food and was right on the beach, also a lot closer than the beach club from the Hotel The local supermarket stock all the essentials I would go again
