The Space:

The terrace is a detached house, sitting on a very quiet property with only 4 homes right on the beachfront.



You have your own secluded space, accessible by driving through a gorgeous coconut grove. The house itself is surrounded by palm trees and banana trees, and you are only steps away from a gorgeous, huge beach.



The property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but you can be on the main road in 5 minutes, and there is a 7/11 one minute's drive/5 minute walk away.



The property is also very near to Lipa Noi Pier, meaning very easy access for those travelling by ferry from the mainland or other islands.



**Please note that because of the proximity to the pier, some noise and disturbance can sometimes be heard**



The huge bedroom has with aircon, a comfortable king-sized bed with soft white sheets, a wardrobe and dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom with shower next door.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: a double-stove gas cooker, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.



There is a sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs, and a TV if you would like to relax after a day at the beach.



This property is not suitable is you are afraid of dogs or nervous around them, as there are some stray dogs on the beach and in the area. If you walk from the villa to the main road at night they like to approach you or bark, so please don't book if you are afraid of dogs and don't have a vehicle.
