Beautiful Ground floor condo near pool

Our unit, C111, has large folding glass doors which open to extend the 1600-square foot luxury villa to the lanai, where you can enjoy beautiful tropical views of the pool and gardens of the resort, lounge outdoors from the comfort of the living room. The Villa is located within walking distance (5 mins) to some of the Island’s best beaches as well as the Grand Hyatt. After a day of exploring all that Kauai has to offer you can retreat to the comfort of central air conditioning. This ground floor unit is equipped with high-end furnishings and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen.

For families bringing young children, the villa is equipped with a Pack N Play, High Chair. There are no stairs - everything is located on the ground floor so no need to worry about any potential tumbles.

Property amenities include a resort-style pool and hot tub, bbqs, fitness center, clubhouse and access to the Po'ipu Kai Tennis Club. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels are provided for your enjoyment. There is ample parking located just steps outside our unit. We have on-island staff available to meet all of your vacation needs.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- First master suite includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom with dual shower heads, dual vanity, and stand-alone soaking tub.

- Second master suite includes a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom with dual shower heads.

- The third bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request and a full sized fold-able mattress perfect for a child. The third full bathroom also includes dual shower heads.

We loved the location and being able to walk to the beach! It was magical watching the sea turtles at Poipu Beach each night! The pool was a great option to the beach especially with small children. Great location for day trips north and west. A good time was had by all! Thanks!!!

Just steps to a fantastic pool and waterfall spa. A 5 minute easy walk on the paved walk through the vast green belt to Brennecke's Beach. The Villa has all the essentials needed for a first class comfortable stay including a great ice maker in the large double sided refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen. Tommy Bahamma beach chairs, beach mats, towels, fantastic workout facilities, gorgeous clubhouse, exceptional landscaped grounds with running water features. Each room is decorated island and have a separate bathrooms with walk in showers. Would definitely stay here again! Communications with Wendy and the manager was professional and lightning fast.

Great condo in excellent location. Very convenient to walk to Brennecke's Beach and Poi'pu Beach. Well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and wagon to make it easy. Clean and well-stocked condo. Pictures are accurate. Host was quick to reply to questions before arrival. No issues during our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo in great location

This Poipu Kai condo offers an unbeatable location and fantastic amenities. Situated on the ground floor, it's perfect for easy pool access and a quick seven minute stroll to the beach. We were able to wheel our beach gear, most of which was provided (the wagon itself, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella) to the beach. The complex is very well maintained and the neighbors were respectful with regard to noise. The pool is right outside the patio area but the plants provided plenty of privacy. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Note that the grill is located inside the pool area and is communal, although it was maintained by staff as well. Everything within Poipu was less than a ten minute drive and there are even a few restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and condo

We have stayed in several of the properties within Poipu Kai over the years and this was our first at this particularly condo units and we will be back. By far our favorite! The spacious single level (no stairs especially with toddlers was so nice!!) and then with vaulted ceilings and central air, these condos are hard to beat! Also this particular unit in the ground floor close to the pool was the perfect location. Really can’t say enough great things about this condo! You won’t be disappointed.

Fabulous stay

Wonderful Poipu location right above Poipu and Brenneke beaches. The unit is very spacious and private with all the amenities. Complex is very well maintained and curfew is respected. We took full advantage of provided beach chairs and umbrella. Great stay for our family of six!

Perfect Place for a Multi-Generational Family Vacation

This was truly one of the best rental experiences we've ever had, anywhere. The unit was beautiful, just as pictured, and frankly even better equipped and stocked than we imagined. I rented this condo for a 10-day vacation for my husband me, our adult son and his wife and our 8 and 10 year old grandchildren. I picked it primarily for the location and easy access to the swimming pool and beaches. This ground floor unit, with large retractable doors allowed the kids to quickly jump in the pool - no stairs, no fuss. The unit came with four boogie boards and with only a short walk to Brennecke Beach, the kids were in the ocean in less than five minutes - often twice a day. I personally appreciated how well the kitchen was equipped. There was a crock pot, large pans, blender, and plenty of everything else we needed, which was great since we ate most of our meals in the unit. Also ,all the paper products and detergents were supplied! I also really appreciated how responsive both the owner and the manager were to our inquiries. We had one small issue with the kitchen faucet, so I texted Lauren the property manager on a Sunday night. She was at our door in less than a hour and fixed the faucet! She was really amazing and helpful. This place was great and I hope we have the opportunity to rent it again soon!

Great place!

Location was great! Condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms! We loved being close to the pool! Also loved being a short walk to the Hyatt and beach!! Check in /check out was easy! Only issue we had was with the TV. Difficult to turn on! But property manager came right over to help us with it!! All and all a great vacation place!

This was my 30th year in Poipu, but my first time in Poipu Kai. It is a spectacular property, the villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend for all those who are considering Poipu as their destination vacation.

Great stay!

Condo was very nice - clean, modern and well equipped. We all had our own space and privacy with the two master bedrooms. Property was beautiful with a nice pool and quick walk to the beach. We loved being ground floor with our little kids and strollers. Bit of a miscommunication on check-in (we were given the wrong door code), but the issue was quickly resolved. Only other downside was that parking was across the pool yard, so you needed to lug groceries a distance. But overall, highly recommend!

Great Spot on South Side

We really enjoyed our time in Poipu. It was in great walking and driving distance to where we wanted to go. Our daughters loved the pool! They spent hours in it and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub too.

Very comfortable condo for our 5 adults. Easy walk down to Poipu Beach to see 40-plus sea turtles spending the night on the beach! This was a great location for our adventures - sunset sail out of Port Allen, mountain tubing near Wailea, and Waimea Canyon.

Coming Back !

This property was perfect . The unit was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. Perfectly located to restaurants and beaches that you can walk or drive to. The grounds were gorgeous , pool and jacuzzi right out slide our beautiful patio. Wendy our host was so helpful to let us take a quick shower after our amazing ATV ride ( ATV Kauia, highly recommend) even a little after checkout so we didn’t have to leave all muddy ..I love this island , first time on Poipu usually go to Princeville . We love both sides and will definitely be come back to stay here next time .

First trip to Kauai. This condo had everything we needed. Location was perfect. A very short walk to one of the best beaches on the island. And an even shorter walk to the pool (right off the lanai). Basically 2 master suites which was perfect for me and my wife and our friend and their spouse. With an extra bedroom to spare just in case somebody snored too much. ;) It felt like we had easy access to the whole island. Every time we went somewhere, it felt like the majority of the traffic was in the opposite direction. The owner of the property was quick to respond to questions and the whole booking and accessing the property was a breeze. Im glad we stayed here!

This property lives up to all its pics!! Located just a quick easy walk from several great beaches - boogie board - snorkeling - turtle watching - our 7 year old grandson made the trek easily!! This condo is exceptionally well stocked!! Super comfy!! Very nice furnishings!! Love the two master suites!! Patio was one of our favorite places to hang!! Right by the pool - close to great restaurants. This place is a home run!!!

This beautiful and very comfortable property was perfect!! On the ground floor so no lugging luggage and groceries upstairs. Very close to the great pool so easy to keep an eye on the kids in the pool from the lanai. A five minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute walk to cocktails at the Hyatt. Perfect for all of us!!
