Completely rebuilt, it offers beautiful furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, two bathrooms, and a huge, breezy lanai - offering island living at its best. Located in the heart of Poipu, Coco Cottage is just a 30-second walk to the ocean at the end of the street where you will find Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park for some of the best swimming, sunning, snorkeling and surfing on Kauai. A perfect stay in Poipu for our family of four. The cottage is spacious and all the beds are super comfortable. The yard is wonderful with the best lanai to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you could ever need we even baked cookies on a rainy afternoon! Location is unmatched and the owners are not only organized and attentive but so kind. We have stayed in VRBO’s all over the world and this is one of our best stays. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Lovely cottage, great location, half a block to the ocean front where we saw fabulous sunsets. The back porch was a beautiful spot to sit together and enjoy meals and the yard is spectacular! Lots of birds to listen to.

The Coco Cottage was impeccable. From the moment you walk in you are in awe by the quaint and stunning styling of the home. The cottage is beautiful! Perfect for our stay. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, so peaceful and relaxing. It was fun watching the hen and baby chicks, and the rooster was beautiful. The neighbors (Tina and Lon) we so nice, even bringing us bananas and lots of tips on what to see. The kitchen had everything needed and more. Thank you for the welcome basket, it was so appreciated. THIS IS THE HOUSE!!! Just book it! You’ll love staying in this sweet cottage if you’re visiting Kauai! So MUCH charm! Completely well stocked! Comfy beds! Beautiful backyard and lanai! Walking distance to the beach! Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom! We travelled with another couple and both of us own short term rentals in other towns and so we are a little picky when it comes to renting on VRBO, but we were delighted to enjoy this home! Owners could not have been nicer and great communicators!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

This house was magical. The location is perfect within walking distance of Poipu Beach. The whole house was well-stocked including coffee cookies, and eggs when we got there! We got in late at night and check-in was a breeze and it was so nice to have coffee and eggs in the morning. The property itself has a large private backyard that you share with the neighbors that feed the birds. There are beautiful orchids everywhere. We still felt privacy was maintained even with the shared yard. We are already dreaming of coming back! Thank you so much for hosting us!
