Perfect place for our family!!

Wow, this is a lovely property. We rented both the main and guest house for our group of 16 ppl. The property is as nice or even nicer than the listing shows
the guest house is much larger and set up than we imagined from the listing. The pools are fabulous and the view from the lanai area is lovely with the ocean in the distance. Excellent location for our plans and central to everything in the Poipu area. The concierge service was also helpful, connecting us with a chef to treat us our first night on the island. One heads up is that one of the rooms in the main house is a pull out couch not a bed (the listing likely states this I just missed it) but it’s a nice pull out and that room still has a nice bathroom like all the others and also has access to the balcony. Sooo pleased with our selection of this property.

Awesome property!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed everything about our stay here! We did encounter a few issues with the hot tub, but the management company was very responsive in working to resolve the issues. I would definitely stay at this property again. We were a little nervous about the noise restrictions, but we did not encounter any issues with that during our stay.

Wonderful property!!

The property was terrific, exactly as pictured and described online. The house was well stocked and very clean. The layout of the bedrooms and the two houses were perfect for our mixed ages group - we had a kids house and an adults house. It worked beautifully! The only issue we had was that the exterior controls for the spa and pool kept tripping out and we couldn't reset them, however the property manager was very responsive and had someone out to fix it quickly, it did happen multiple times on our stay though. The pool was wonderful and the other outdoor spaces were really nice. I would highly recommend this property, it was absolutely beautiful and so functional for our group of 13.

Immaculate Property

Such an amazing rental for a large group. We had 15 total guests including 6 children under age 12. The layout of the big house was perfect for group gatherings and quiet spaces when needed. Having a large lanai and pool with amazing views was such a treat. Couldn’t ask for a better layout and the neighborhood is so peaceful. Great communication from property management. Had been a little worried about noise restrictions but didn’t run into any issues!

South Shore Perfection

As a relatively new property, you immediately notice how fresh, clean and modern it is. The rooms, baths, kitchen, pool and indoor and outdoor common areas are all up-to-date, well-furnished and comfortable. The location is ideal for all East and South Shore beaches and activities and eating options abound. We were a multi-generational group of 13 (ages 68 to 16) and the main house/Ohana were ideal for us. Great wifi speed and coverage and the TVs are easy to use (had some playoff fans with us). We had some anxiety about the assertive noise warnings, but being from several time zones away, we were all inside early and had no issues whatsoever. Uncertain about how families with young kids might fare with daytime pool excitement. It's nicely appointed in the kitchen, but still needs rounding out with the little things (salad spinner, more plastic glass/dishware for the pool area are examples) that make it feel like all the details have been sorted out. We loved our routine of daily beach or activity followed by pool time at the house. Overall, it's beautiful, modern with lovely landscaping and views and is wonderfully convenient. You won't be disappointed!

Outstanding!

This property is absolutely amazing -- gorgeous and spacious with impeccable attention to detail. The views from the house are spectacular, the amenities are endless, and the location is perfect. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the beauty of Kauai is breathtaking. Our party ended up being smaller than we intended, so we had more house than we needed, but it was an absolutely gorgeous place to stay.

So well appointed BUT with a noise sensitive neighbor

Beautiful home. Very clean and fantastically appointed. I’m a chef and our group really enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was for a rental. Had everything you would need. Unfortunately the home is in a neighborhood that had a VERY noise sensitive neighbor. By 9pm if you were out on the huge patio and talking like us you will either get a call from the house manager or a massive spot light shined directly at you from said neighbor despite the homes being on large lots. Quite unfortunate as the home lends itself to alfresco dining and enjoyment however the neighbor has a 9pm HARD curfew on “any” activities in his “domaine”. As we aren’t a rambunctious group and most don’t drink alcohol even sitting playing board games with table chatter was reported to management.

Amazing Estate

The homes and property are amazing! The location is great! This was our fifth stay in Poipu. The second home we've stayed in, all prior were beachfront. Overall, this was our family's favorite property, everything considered. The home is new and immaculate. All the bedrooms have king beds, we all commented on the comfort. Each bedroom in the main home had its own bathroom. A washer and dryer in the master bath. There are two additional washers and dryers in the main home. The wrap around porch views are wonderful! The ocean facing glass walls completely open along the entire back of the house and the large glass front door swings securely open to allow the ocean breeze through. A large pool and hot tub for the main home and a pool and outdoor TV for the other home. The media and entertainment offered everything we could want. We enjoyed using the grill and cooking. Two refrigerators in the main home. Property management was first class. Perfectly arranged all our request and had in place upon our arrival. Upon departure all that was required was to pack our bags, lock up and leave, property management did all the cleaning: towels, bedding, refrigerators. We could walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The grounds were large with lots of grass to enjoy activities. Master bedroom opens onto the porch with seating to view the ocean and beautiful gardens. Spacious with plenty of room for our party of 14! Will be our first choice upon return!
