Wonderful location. Property was clean and well kept for the most part. Rooms need door mats due to what the trees drop on the ground getting tracked in on shoes. Room could have been more clean upon arrival.

Should have upgraded to a pool view. We had a garden view room but it wasn’t a garden view. It was right in the parking lot on ground level. Couldn’t open the window blinds or sliders to the patio, because people were constantly coming and going right by our room. Pretty bum deal. Love Kaua’i tho!

This is so petty, on my part and the front desk. I stayed at this resort for 7 nights and was denied an extra bottle of water because it is a,”welcome gift.” So…if I’d checked out and returned I could have an additional bottle of water???

Nice resort in a great location.

This is a really nice resort in a beautiful and central location. The rooms are small but very well appointed. Abby at the front desk was really Great but the folks at the bar were not very helpful or friendly. The view and ocean are gorgeous and an amazing beach for swimming is nearby at the Sheraton.

Amazing Stay

Amazing stay at Koloa Landing. The service was extraordinary - one employee went out of their way to give our 2 small children a couple stuffies at the market at no charge. Small gestures like this made the stay that much more enjoyable. The pool was amazing that it makes it hard to want to leave the resort and explore. We had whale sightings everyday from our ocean view balcony too, which was a surprise. We also enjoyed the restaurant from ordering up to our room or sitting poolside and enjoying meals. Would definitely recommend.
