Did not enjoy the stay at this place at all. The day we arrived we got a villa that smelled like bleach and the sofa was broken. The front desk was able to move us into another room which was slightly better but we found bed bugs in the room. Also it was closer to the kids pool which made it very not very relaxing given the noise. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation then this resort is not a good option. It is a family resort. Not much dining options either. We ended up going to the nearby shopping center and the Grand Hyatt.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and made us feel as if we were at home. The resort could not have been more beautiful, the room was spacious, beds comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We loved our stay and will be returning next year for sure.

Excellent comfortable stay overall. Spacious rooms, large resort with lots of family friendly activities. It was a very relaxing stay. I particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Being in the south side, it’s almost always sunny and calmer. The highlight of the trip was the pool- huge and with lots of water features. The nearest large beach is Poipu, a few mins of driving. There is no direct beach access from the property but there is a lightly trafficked road where you can walk along the coast.

The resort itself was very nice! We were disappointed to find that "garden view" meant a view of the parking lot. Had we known we would've paid for a better room. The pools were amazing and the Holoholo Grill was very good! They offer poolside service which is a fun perk, too. We asked for a late checkout but were told there would be a fee involved, however they waived it when we checked out which was very nice! Overall this was a great family friendly resort. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the housekeepers did a great job keeping things tidy for us! There was no beach access which we didn't realize, but is nice to be aware of!

Room was clean, staff were friendly, good amenities. A washer and drier in the room were invaluable. The gym had a small fridge of cool towels misted with lavender that were nice and refreshing. This was a very comfortable place to stay and we would highly recommend it. There were some reviews stating there are no adult only pools. There is an adults only pool and jacuzzi near building 7 that was much quieter than the kid friendly pools.

Staff condescending. Rooms not clean. More of a glorified VRBO than a hotel. Shockingly bad but seems on brand for Marriott these days.

This was a great place for families to stay. We loved being able to self park, do laundry, and prepare meals in a location with a perfect pool and easy access to all of the tourist sites.
