Clean and perfect for 2 families of 3. Only down side was the broken dishwasher (but replaced towards end of our stay) and the neighbors who didn’t like the sound of playing children in the middle of the day. But overall lovely stay, comfortable, and great location. Walking distance to many shops & restaurants.

NIce location

Loved the place, the space to spread out. Really liked the location, convenient. Nice to have the amenities: beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. The only issue we had was with the windows upstairs. They did not function well. Couldn't open or close them.

Nice decor and excellent location

The location is within walking distance to several stores and nice restaurants, and a very quick drive to the beach. The property was nicely decorated and clean. I would recommend for families. Communication through the app and through email were also excellent.

Wonderful family vacation lodging

Perfect locale for our family trip to Kuaui. It was great with my 2 teenagers upstairs and plenty of walkable activities nearby including great beaches, snorkel spots, shopping, restaurants, and rental shops. A very short drive to world class golf and some awesome hiking trails. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. Very comfortable bedding. Nice landscaping and pool area. Very nice Bosch washer/dryer was used daily to dry towels and trunks. Nice parking area was always open and convenient. Only complaint: like many Hawaiian buildings, no AC. This was fine at night, but in the late afternoons is was a bit warm in there. But the fans made it better.

Spacious beautiful condo

This condo was one of the highlights of our stay in Kauai. Beautiful spaces with lofted ceilings, lovely upscale decor, well-stocked kitchen, functional bathrooms, nice lanai... Was a relaxing place to be when it was raining outside, and I looked forward to sleeping in the master bedroom with the tropical breezes and bird sounds wafting through the plantation windows. Only suggestion is to provide salt and pepper along with the coffee and tea.

Great location lots of space

Family of 4 (2 teenagers) enjoyed our stay at this roomy condo in quiet location. Everything as advertised on listing. Close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend to friends and family. Mahalo to our hosts.

Poipu Holiday Vacation

We visited Kauai for the 2022 Christmas season. Poipu was the perfect part of the Island to stay. Near nice shops and restaurants. We found a beach that was nearby that wasn’t well known to visitors that was a lot of fun. Upon arrival a note taped to the door announced the water would be shut off for four hours the next day. We wish management would have texted us so that we could have modified our plans. The water was shut off an hour and a half ahead of the scheduled time and disrupted preparations to leave for the day. The following day the power went out. There was no rain at the condo, so we are not sure what happened and again there was no communication from management. While there, we wanted to work out. When we contacted management, they referred us to a location 25 minutes away. We were a little surprised by that and found out an athletic club where several of their properties have access. They have a condo in the same development that has access. When we inquired about our condo, management was dismissive and rude. If you are going to stay in one of their properties and you like to work out, you may want to consider a different property. The condo itself was well equipped, well furnished and comfortable. As stated in their description, there is no air conditioning. That was not an issue for us, with the exception that we kept the windows open in the evening with fans turned on and the roosters started crowing at 3:30AM every morning right below our window. But for the poor communication and tone from management we would recommend this as a place to stay.

The property manager (Novella) was fantastic. Not only was the check in smooth but she went out of her way to find us (Latin dance team from the mainland, Latin Spice Dance Co.) a place to perform.

Family Perfection

This was such a wonderful place to stay with our family. It was spacious and very clean. Great location to shops and beaches. Everyone super friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that the owners put in a drying wrack so clothes, bathing suites and towels can be hung to dry out on the deck. Definitely will consider coming back!!
