Where do I start? From the minute we checked in they were so very helpful. Collecting us and luggage from taxi and taking it to our room. Booked 2 queen beds which were so comfy. Bathroom was large and clean. Bottled water topped up every day. Nespresso machine with 3 pods daily. Plenty of storage. Be On Canton the bar on level 3 was lovely. Outdoor space which was a bonus. Lovely Johnny made our stay. It was really a well placed hotel and everyone was helpful. The concierge were really helpful and gave us an old-fashioned map, which was brilliant. 5 Stars no doubt!

Was impressed by the expansive space of the room given that we often hear stories of how accommodations in HK were small due to density of the city. Enjoyed the amenities in the room as well as the concierge service. It was raining the day we checked out but the concierge staff helped not only direct us to the taxi stand (which is a distance away from the hotel) and made sure we managed to load our luggage into the taxi and boarded safely

This hotel is in an ideal place for cruise passengers arriving or departing from the nearby cruise port. Our friends caught the bus from the airport and that dropped them off only a five minute walk away. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic and worth paying for. The rooms are modern and in very good condition.

Gateway is a very long standing hotel at the hub of Kowloon in Hong Kong. The room is a bit run down. But their staff will do everything to make you feel at home. Their lounge provides excellent bfast, savory snacks all day.

My four days trip to HK was amazing thanks to all the staffs in Gateway Marco Polo Hotel from the very moment I walked into the hotel and walked out. I travel a lot so I know not every hotel has these kind of staffs that are so detailed and caring. They were helpful in every possible way and their english were also very good so there won't be any problem communicating with them. The room was very clean, spacious and the view out the window was superb. Can't think of one thing that wasn't great about this hotel. I plan to book this hotel for my next visit to Hong Kong again and would highly recommend this place for anyone who plans to travel to HK! :)

We had looked at reviews that advised it was looking tired and scruffy, however we found Marco Polo perfect, especially the club lounge. The rooms were clean, well presented and the shower and bath excellent. The staff were all very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. An ideal hotel for all the sights of Hong Kong. We had a wonderful time😊
