The room is clean, bed and pillow are comfy. Staffs are friendly and really helpful. The location is very convenient and easy access. Only one thing to improve should be the shower water pressure, not good enough.

The hotel was just okay. Honestly, it’s not very convenient if you’re traveling to or from the airport. The A21 bus stop is far away, and the walk from the stop to the hotel is unpleasant. The hotel is located inside the MOKO Mall, but the mall itself is VERY expensive, and service in Hong Kong in general felt unfriendly. The restaurants we visited in the mall were not welcoming at all. The hotel offered almost no services, and they occasionally checked guests’ room keys at the elevator—though it’s unclear why. Overall, our family did not enjoy the hotel or our experience in Hong Kong. We suggest spending your money in Japan instead, as it offers a highly similar experience to Hong Kong but with much better service, price and overall hospitality.

We stayed 18 nights, the 3 of us had 2 large 6 ft beds. There is a kettle, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe and hair dryer, along with toiletries and slippers. The room was a good size, and there is housekeeping and fresh towels every day. There is also a gym and a swimming pool on the 8th floor, free for guests, and there is a sauna, steam room and showers in the changing room. The location is excellent, it is connected to the Moko shopping mall which is quite big, with lots of restaurants and shops. It is also next to the Mongkok East MTR station and Prince Edward MTR station is only 10 minutes away. There are laundry shops in Prince Edward so that's how we did our laundry, it would usually be ready the next day or 2 days at most. We really liked staying in this hotel, and the location is really good for us to visit family. We loved having the gym and doing our laundry was also easy. We will choose this hotel again in future.

Don’t hesitate to stay at this hotel! Perfect location with conveniently attached train station alongside the shopping mall to the hotel. Rooftop pool and gym is also a plus. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is gorgeous.

Loved that this hotel was connected to MOKO mall. Rooms were a good size with huge bathrooms. Walls were thick as we didn’t hear anything from any neighbors. Cleaning staff were extremely attentive.

Great hotel, with good transport links. In retrospect I should have booked for Hong Kong island or central Kowloon. Annoying self-service checkouts when multiple staff could do this for you.
