Didnt get extra bed for the Child despite booking

Hotel is well located in the heart of AoNang beach and even though there is a mosque nearby, we didnt get disturbed at odd hours-probably coz my room was on the other side facing mountain. My only concern with this booking via Hotels.com is that despite paying for additional bed for the child, there was no special arrangement made or informed to the staff there. Hence we had to use King Size bed itself. Not sure if King Size bed is what was arranged by hotels.com for this stay as they charged extra for the kid's stay after mentioning the kids age during booking.

Really liked. We stayed in low season so the noise was not a big problem. The pool doesn't look very nice but it's because the tiles are green... someone had a creative bad idea... anyway it's clean even when it looks like not.

Ok hotel, so loud at night!

We stayed 3 nights and first thing we did was lay on the bed but it was totally flat on one side. The spring had gone so ended up having to share half a bed. Room was pretty clean but the bathroom was really cramped. Facilities are average, the pool did not look good at all. Staff are very friendly though. If you want to sleep at night this may not be the place although I think that is with all of Ao Nang. Pretty short walk to Ao Nang beach, I would say 10-15 mins, around loads of restaurants and a great street food market across the road.

The hotel is good for a one night stay.

Well,its an old Hotel but with a very large room.The balcony allows a view on to the road which I find is not really exciting. However, if you are fortunate enough to have a car a very good German restaurant which serves among others a fantastic breakfast can be reached in about 5 minutes from the hotel.

Very nice place for decent price

Better than I expected. Very nice room with awesome swimming pool view. Nice staff and clean room. Good location, just about 15 minutes walk to the beach. No elevator that is the only thing to complain about.

Not bad choice in Ao Nang

This hotel is ok. We got an upgrade to a big room. Only problem was it overlooked street and they have a bar beetle that runs until 1am. Plus the bass from other bars could be heard too...but this didn't trouble my wife who sleeps better than me. Pool was ok but could be better kept. Ao nang beach is horrible but there are a few nice cafes and restaurants in area. Also Railay beach is just a short longtail boat ride away. Staff are very friendly.

comfortable, awesome staff

Location is OK. ..not near the beach, but you can walk there or rent a motorbike. There is a mosque close by so bring earplugs if you don't want to be woken up every night. The staff is super friendly and helpful, although some of them don't speak much English. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
