Location is excellent- 10 minute walk to the main square. Quite a long walk for locations south of the river, but for most attractions, excellent location. Room was average. Average size, no safe, lacking some toiletries and facial tissues. Also charges me for breakfast although I'm fairly certain i prepaid for this.

Really lovely hotel in a traditional building that’s been nicely restored. Rooms are compact but very comfortable and we had one of the few rooms with a balcony overlooking the rear terrace. The bar was great, although we didn’t try the food. Loved the water machines on each floor and the refillable glass bottles on each room. Flat 20min stroll to the old town - good location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff were very obliging with all our needs. Easy to get to from the airport and only a 10 minute walk away from the old town. We would stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I’d be more than happy to stay again if I go back to Krakow. The hotel is a short 15/20 minute walk to the Old Town and roughly the same to Glowny station, so really handy to get to and from the airport. The area around the hotel/ the city in general felt very safe even late at night. Small supermarket across the road for any bits and pieces you need.

The location of the hotel was north of the Old Town but it could be easily walked to in 20 mins or the tram no 18 runs regularly a short 2 min walk over the road. Staff very friendly and the place was very clean. There is a bar which also serves hot drinks etc. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were numerous bakeries, local Zabka convenience stores and restaurants for evening dining were plentiful in Old Town.

This property is perfect if you are wanting to be near the centre of Krakow old town square but not right in the middle, it is around 1 5-10 minute walk down the the main square, the walk itself is pleasant and as 2 young girls we felt very safe. The hotel is lovely and clean. We had an issue when we arrived in that our room hadn't been cleaned with dirty towels, toilet and the room itself untidy, however this was quickly rectified and as an apology we where given complementary breakfast for the rest of our stay. The breakfast its self has plenty to offer but for the fussier eaters they may struggle.
