The location was really nice, and it was easy to get around the city with this accommodation as a center. Unfortunately the room was really dirty. Mold-like spots underneath the bathroom floor, and dirty sheets. The beds also looked really grimy. The room itself smelled so heavily of some kind of air freshener that we were constantly airing out the room. The first three floors are under heavy construction, which was really offputting, and we initially thought we were at the wrong place. This also meant our friend who had trouble walking, couldn't use the elevator, because the construction workers kept it occupied. The staff however were super friendly, and were relatively easy to get into contact with.
The apartment block was a building site, with the first three floor being stripped back to bare blockwork. The apartment was a good size however it was outdated and the carpet and furniture was heavily stained.
Arrived to find our building was being renovated- dust and dirt everywhere. We were not able to use the elevators this first day as the tradespeople were using them. Building was old, dark, dingy, and smelt of cigarettes. Front door to the building was not secure. Advertised as a luxury suite and is far from this. No bodywash left, heater not able to be turned on and sheets on bed kept slipping off mattress. Music blaring at 2:30am and no communication about check out (no one at reception and no replies to messages).
Positives: close to city and river, lots of space, cooking facilities and clean bathroom.
Vi fikk hvert vÄrt hÄndkle ved innsjekk, etterspurte Ä fÄ bytte etter 2-3 dager, sendte flere mail, ikke svar.
Fikk tilslutt rene hÄndklÊr hos gutta i baren i 6. Etg.
Ellers tipptopp sted. Veldig god beliggenhet, god standard.
Stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Krakow. Very peaceful and well located for the race. A great location overall, easy for airport, old town/jewish quarter and busses out of town. Right by the glorious river if you want to get some runs in. Good communication and cleanliness. Only downside was a lack of water pressure in the shower
Really nice apartments set close to the Castle & Jewish quarters - great for restarants and bistro's. Accomodation really clean and tidy. Would certainly book again 5*
We stayed at this property in July 25 for 3 nights. The property is not as its advertised.
Its very run down. Stained carpets, stained bed mattresses, broken chair, broken dishwasher, wires sticking out of the wall.
Property was noisy due to other suites being renovated during our stay. The outside of the property is in such poor state it gives an appliance of the property being abandoned.
We checked out on Sunday and had trouble leaving the property due to "reception" being closed down. No information was provided how to check out and we had to call the owner of the property for instructions.
The property is overpriced, dirty and I would highly recommend staying somewhere else in Krakow as the city has plenty better accommodation to choose from. Don't let them take advantage of you.
Pros: location, close to the castle, old town, large apartment.
Cons: not a typical hotel, no reception, didnât get good communication about check in prior, very warm and no a/c or fans, towels very old and worn out.
Great location and big apartment, but poorly communication with nonexistent reception, towels that smelled moldy and a building under construction. So bring your own towel and remember to ask for the code for the front door before leaving the building, then everything is fine
