The staff are very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator! The grounds were beautiful and the location was awesome. The breakfast was also excellent!

Everything was the best about Hotel Grand Sal. Comfortable bed, great location, immediately by the Salt Mine and an easy 20 minute drive for trips to Old Town Krakow Square. Excellent Breakfast buffet, sit out on the hotel deck for an enjoyable morning breakfast! The Cafe staff was the best and very friendly. I would easily stay here again!

This hotel is in an ideal location to visit the salt mines. The hotel is very pleasant with large hotel rooms and good amenities in the room, including a fridge and glasses, etc. We had dinner at the restaurant which was quite good. The only issue we had was trying to reduce the temperature in the room overnight, as it was fairly warm.

Great hotel located close to the Salt Mine . 1-2 minutes walking distance to the tour entry point. Delicious breakfast. Very clean room.Will definitely stay here again.Highly recommend !

The hotel is amazing, lovely garden, very well located, good breakfast. Inside the room it could be perfect if it had a shutter or a black out curtain for total sun block. The restaurant staff could improve to the standard of reception and house keeping staff level (kind and attentive).

Right next to the salt mine and beautiful property next to park! You can get a tour at any time even if it’s sold out if you stay here. Loved the property! The spa is a little deceiving, there’s 1 treatment room and no masseuse on site, they have to call and book it. Also the salt soak is a room with a picture of the salt cave on it so it’s not really in a salt cave.

The hotel exceeded all expectations :-) The Staff were very polite and accomodating, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very cleanly. The room was spacious and hygenic. :-) The breakfast was delicious and to a high standard. Other 4-5star hotels should take note from this hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel with amazing helpful Staff. The highest recommendation for this hotel.

Nice, except for the spa services

The spa services were not very good and the saltwater jacuzzi wasn't either. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay and the breakfast was fantastic!

2nd visit and still amazing

2nd time I have stayed in this hotel, both times the staff have been fantastic and the hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was also amazing again as it was last time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
