It shines in almost every aspect with huge spaces and very clean but there's nowhere to hang a hand towel close to sink or shower and other design flaws like having to stand from bed to turn the overhead lamp off... Or maybe it was me?... Location is excellent close to everything in a very quiet side street...

Everything on this hotel was exceptional,I would rate it 10/10.The pool was unbelievable,like swimming in the cellar underground in the heated water .Great experience.Room and bathroom was also beautiful.

Great location and large room. Bed firm. Breakfast good, but a bit chaotic when the supervisors off . Staff need a touch more training. Corporate functions on most days. Good view from the roof top bar, but it lacks atmosphere. A few more plants would help. It’s all too bland, stark and grey. We didn’t use the pool and spa. Breakfast box in place of one breakfast was excellent. Reception staff good. Room well cleaned. Shower extremely slippery and bathroom too dark. Little atmosphere in the ground floor bar, but then many hotels struggle to get people in to their bars. Overall a good hotel, but lacks polish. Aimed more at the corporate market.

A beautiful hotel with lots of character. We loved the spa area and it was always quiet when we went! We felt some of the staff could have been friendlier and we felt that minimal information was given on check in. I do find it strange that there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room. We would still recommend the hotel though as the room was huge with a lovely balcony and the spa is definitely worth a visit.

The only issue I had was the check-in process. The online pre-checkin was an absolute waste on time and not worth bothering with as the reception staff still a thousand questions when you arrive for ID, baking confirmation.....etc

This hotel is beautiful the perfect mix of historic with modern amenities. Walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. The pool is very cool! Enjoy a drink from roof top terrace overlong the square. Highly recommend this hotel

Hotel Stary was a fantastic hotel in a perfect position in the centre of Krakow. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Only change I would make is to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic and we travel a lot. The building is of course outstanding, but more important was attention to detail from all of the staff. (Food was fab too). 100% come back when i return.

We stayed at this property for six nights and had a wonder stay. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated - adjacent to the old town square with tons of dining, shopping and sightseeing all within a few steps of the hotel doors. The rooms were quite spacious, very clean and comfortable.
