Wonderful stay! Very nice staff who are able to accommodate English speakers and are impeccably polite. The fitness center was also phenomenal.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Krasnoyarsk
Posted Jun. 27, 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is very well located (when we asked our tour guide the next day, he explained that the hotel is the "center of the center" of Krasnoyarsk). From the main pedestrian plaza of the city, you enter a building and take an elevator up to the reception, which is in a cute lobby and has a nice breakfast area.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern, and the front desk staff were pleasant and spoke English well. They were accommodating and let us use the free breakfast from our last night on the morning of our arrival. One area where the hotel could improve is in the selection of vegan breakfast items they have; we ended up having salted raw tomatoes and pieces of bread.
Overall, we had a great stay here and would definitely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel, nice location, good food
Posted Aug. 20, 2018 on HotelsThe location was really good. In the center of the city. Not far from Yenisey river. Food was very good. Rooms were nice and clean. We had a business meeting at one of the conference rooms. I would recommend it. One thing that I didn't like is that they don't help you with your bags. We had to get the cart ourselves.

Good hotel, very central location
Posted Aug. 6, 2018 on ExpediaMy stay at novotel has been very good. It's at a very central location, restaurants and bars are available in the same block.
Staff is very nice and professional.
I have just one note, they should add some dairy free options to their bar selection (soya, almond milk etc)
