This is my 3 rd visit to this hotel this month and it never disappoints me the staff service all around the hotel is very friendly and they all greet you with enthusiasm Hotel restaurant food is great along with a great atmosphere Give it a try you will not regret it

Amazing service. Small and unique hotel in front of the beach. Also, in the middle of Kuta's heart for tourists, full of restaurants and other stores.

This is a lovely hotel , I had a cottage well worth the little extra , great water pressure, big room with outside seating Mini bar stocked with items The restaurant has a super selection for breakfast and the lunch / eve menu and food is excellent All the staff have been fantastic and friendly ( specially DEVI who will always find time for a chat ) thankyou to her I’m on my second stay here and will be back for 3 rd

Hotel although a little tired was a gorgeous natural environment, amazingly relaxing, friendly, cheerful & clean. The staff were very professional, helpful, concerned, supportive and polite. A special thanks to the delightful management Simon Jinks, Humphrey as well as3 of the waiting staff at the hotel’s restaurant Vino Vivo, namely, Purim, Yuli & Bobby cheers Thankyou and see you again soon Cathy & Mardi
