House Ginesta is close to the beach, large and comfortable and is the perfect place for your holidays, whether you come with your family or friends.The house stands out for its exterior, a big green garden where the children would like to play and a comfortable furnished terrace near the pool where to have a drink and cool yourself; there is also a barbecue área for tasty summer grillings. It is also totally fenced for the safety of your pets.The house is divided into two floors:- On ground floor: a living-room, full-equipped independant kitchen with access to the outside a WC and a big private garage.-On the 1st floor: 4 bright bedrooms (2 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms.You will also be provided with free wifi access for your holidays to be perfect. The house is only a few minutes walking or bike riding to the beach of Riells, a family-friendly sandbeach with shallow waters. In this incredible landscape of sea and mountain you will also be able to taste and enjoy the gastronomy and the leisure offer of a quality coastal village. NB: Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und Pool in guter Lage. Ausstattung könnte z.T. modernisiert werden.
Schöne Lage und Aufteilung des Hauses, insbesondere durch Garten und Pool
Ausstattung, z.B. Geschirr könnte für acht Personen etwas mehr sein. Auch ein großer Topf fehlt
Steckdosen z T. locker (Küche), Duschkabine schließt nicht vollständig, Waschmaschine funktionsfähig, aber klemmt beim Schließen
