Norris Lake Lakefront villa - NEWLY UPDATED! 5 bdrm/4 bath, pool, golf, tennis

Newly remodeled 3-story lakefront villa home in gated Deerfield Resort, Norris Lake, TN. 5 bedrooms ( 2 kings, 1 queen, and 8 bunk beds) and 4 full baths. Well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counters. Plenty of room to spread out with a living area on the main floor and also on the lower level. There is a king on upper floor, king on main level and a queen and (2) bunk rooms on lower level. Arcade style video game and foosball/ air hockey/ pool table in basement. (2) large decks overlooking the lake - Weber gas grill on upper deck along with (6) person outdoor dining table & umbrella. Lower deck has a porch swing along with (4) andirondack chairs perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views while having your morning coffee or for hanging out with friends in the evening. Villa includes nice size community pool & baby pool overlooking the lake which is only (2) doors down from the home. You also have access to the Deerfield golf course, tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court and playground by the Deerfield office about 5 minutes away. The Tiki Bar in our cove next to Deerfield Marina is family-friendly and fun place to grab drinks and a bite to eat. There is also a covenient, small market near the gate entrance for Deerfield if you need bait, milk, eggs, etc. Enjoy a night out with the adults at the winery next to the market - they have wine tastings & appetizers. The villa does NOT include a dock slip, but boats can be rented at Springs Dock, which is one bay over and Deerfield Marina rents dock slips. Deerfield Resort has more amenities than any other place on the lake - this, along with the incredible scenery of the mountains and clear, emerald green water makes it a relaxing paradise & why we named our home , "Life is Better at the Lake" .

Please know this is a privately owned property and there is audio and video (from Ring door bell) surveillance as part of the security system. Tampering with these devices in any way will result in termination of your stay.

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving get together. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was roomy for our group. Most of the properties around us were unoccupied but the lake and surrounding area is beautiful. Would love to visit in the summer, would be fantastic.

Great option for all ages

Had a wonderful time and property was really kid friendly. Only thing to be aware of is that the playground, tennis courts, volley ball court require a drive. We would highly recommend the property!

Very pleased with Property and Owners!

This was a very important annual trip hosted by our company for our best customers from CA, IN, OH and Canada. We were very pleased with the property. The property accommodated 8 grown men comfortably. We used C dock at Deerfield Cove to park our boat overnight and it could have not been more perfect of a location. The property was clean and updated and in a convenient location. The host was responsive and took care of our needs in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the owners of this property! We would stay again, as well as recommend others to stay.

We had a wonderful time, the villa was perfect minus the rainy weather?!!! Felt like the kitchen was very well stocked to cook for dinners and comfortable! The deck was a very nice place to just relax in the morning and at night after a day of boating!

Excellent property and wondeerful management

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The setup was perfect for our 2 families with 2 master suites and all the kids in the basement--plenty of beds for all! Kitchen was extremely well equipped and bathrooms were very well stocked with plenty of towels, TP etc. Property manager always answered questions promptly. We had a great time and would definitley recommend.

Probably wouldn’t stay again

We arrived the day before Thanksgiving late to spend the week with our family. This was a meeting place for us. Upon arrival we realized there was no toilet paper in any bathroom. Some of the beds had sheets folded up on top for us to make them and one bunk room had a pile of dirty sheets wadded up in a basket in the closet. The towels were only in one bathroom. We had to search for them and disburse them to each floor. The carpets had some staining. The location was very unique in this community. It was on the lake and had a nice view. The only downside to the location was that there is a 30 minute drive to town for anything. We had to drive back into town the night we got there around midnight so we could get toilet paper. We finally got a reply back from the manager after we had already went to the store to get some that toilet paper was under the bed in the upstairs bedroom. Also, there was no cable and internet was very iffy and slow. There was also no cell service so we weren’t able to use our phones either. Another issue we had was that the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. We had to clean everything before we could use them. The worst part of this stay was when we expressed our concerns about the cable, dirty dishes, and the sheets, the manager never returned our message. We even contacted HomeAway and they contacted them for us, still with no reply. Very disappointing to feel like our concerns didn’t matter. I would probably stay at this resort again but not this unit.

The condo is beautiful and we had a great time. Plenty of space for 10+ guests. Everything that you could need/want is provided. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
