Love the area,great view but the room was awfoul such as missing peint on the Wall, fourniture was dirty plus the reception was no help. Where are the 5 stars standards? Also the outside pool is too Small to many people for the place there is no intimacy for people who wants to relax. Great food a bit expensive 96$Can for brunch for 2 adultes

Beautiful hotel, a little busy and the spas, hot tubs and pools were a bit over crowded, but the service was lovely, the food was excellent and the room was simply magical!

Déception

Nous venions spécifiquement célébrer le 50e anniversaire d'un d'entre nous. Nous avions réservé au St-Laurent en le soulignant. À l'accueil, le maitre d'hotel souligne l'événement a notre ami en précisant qu'ils allaient prendre soin que ça soit un événement agréable. Rien n'a été fait. Je n'aurais eu aucune contrainte à défrayer les frais d'un dessert, s'il l'aurait fallu, mais on ne m'a rien proposé. On nous a remis la facture sans plus. Je suis conséquemment allée voir le maitre d'hôtel pour lui partager ma déception. Il m'a demandé où j'étais assis, mais sans plus. Cela a certainement porté ombrage à notre séjour.
