Just what I was looking for in my first trip to the area.

Everything is broken and the pool was drained
Posted Apr. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayVery run down house, broken shower, the water ran from the shower head the entire time we were there and flooded the floor, electrical outlets don’t work in the kitchen or master bedroom , the master bathroom toilet gets stuck and only flushes sometimes, the front door handle doesn’t work and we had to use the side door to get into the house and a company came out in the middle of our stay and drained the pool. Then we went to go for a bike ride and the bike tires are flat. We left and went home early on my birthday. Very disappointed!

Not as advertised.
Posted Feb. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayThis home hasn't had any upgrades since 1986. It's very dated, weathered and without character. Barely any furnishings. Furniture was dusty and bathrooms were just surfaced cleaned. The pool was very dirty. I wouldn't recommend this home to anyone. The check out requirement is too early. 10am.

Disappointed but made the best of it
Posted Jul. 3, 2023 on HomeAwayThe whole point of this trip was to get away with family and enjoy a private pool and bbq area. The disappointment when we saw that the pool was murky and dirty and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while, was real! I am embarrassed to say we swam in the pool regardless of it looking gross. I mean it was the point of this trip! I reached out to guest services only to receive no feed back. They just waited to respond and responded with do you still need help with this issue? So there’s that! I must say the house itself and sleeping arrangements were perfect for 6 ppl. It probably could comfortably sleep several more. The master bedroom and bath were huge.It was clean and had what we needed. The only other complaint was the refrigerator that had a sign that it works and to just give it time to cool. It leaked water everyday that we were there so it was hard to believe it worked. It barely chilled food too.The freezer work just fine. Overall it turned out okay bc we decided to make the best of it. I however wld not stay here again with the intent to use the pool and bbq. I wld stay otherwise.

Lovely home with maintenance issues
Posted Mar. 29, 2022 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay overall but had to call the property manager three times for maintenance issues that should not have happened- water line broken on fridge spilling water everywhere, overhead fan that does not work and the primary shower broken again spraying water everywhere. None of the items were fixed during our visit. The beds are comfortable and the outdoor areas are lovely. The kitchen is large and fairly well stocked.

Girls and family trip

Pleasant Stay
