Sleeps 32! Great for Families, Private Fenced Pool, Spa/Hot Tub, Play Gym, BBQ

Our 'Zion's Landing' home has a pool (18'x36') and a spa / hot tub (hours 8am to 10pm).
This home is ready for your group. All beds are made except for the twin beds. Clean twin sheets are provided on top of mattress for you to make them if using.
Zion's Landing provides a family friendly home with a wide array of activities for all ages. Perfect for large groups - reunions, business retreats or other getaways.
It has an inviting backyard with BBQ, covered patio, pool, spa / hot tub and play gym, security pool fence and locked gate. There is a large neighborhood park with an expansive grassy area with a covered pavilion.
The house has 3 large screen TVs, DVD players and recreation / game room. It has a nicely equipped kitchen for feeding large groups. New carpet was installed through out the home January 2021.
Parking for 8 cars on the driveway / side of the house (steep driveway initially). Please limit additional parking to directly in front of the house. We have outside (only) security cameras.
We have been in the nightly rental business for over 19 years. This location is our best!

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for the family. the Playground for the kids was a big plus, one of the biggest reasons I chose the property. Host / Cliff and Rose were very responsive to our questions. The property was close enough to Zion for hiking during the day and very quiet during the night for relaxing. Overall, a great stay.

Had another wonderful trip. We have just found a favorite place to come play with our growing family. Cliff and Rose are amazing owners who are so helpful to make sure our trips run smoothly. The highlight of the place was the pool and hot tub. We had 28 people and we all fit comfortably. The place was very clean and put together. Great location if you want to visit Zion. Also close to grocery stores

Amazing Space!

Home is perfect for a large family gathering. Kitchen is amazing with plenty of seating. Home is very clean. Swimming Pool is fenced and can be locked for safety. Swimming, ping-pong, foosball, and children's play area kept everyone busy. We would choose to stay again.

Great house for a big family!

This house in La Verkin was a great spot for our family reunion. It had a lot of great things. It was close to sand hollow which was a lot of fun. It had a ping pong and foose ball table. Plenty of seating for dinner time. We went when it was over 100 degrees outside so we didn’t use the outdoor playground much. The pool unfortunately wasn’t refreshing but still enjoyable after it cooled down a bit after the first few days. Cons The pool was too hot to use for the first day or two. The hot tub was just bath water temp but the kids still played in it. Fridges need a better ice maker (constantly ran out of ice).

Perfect for extended family--

We had a delightful time in this beautiful home, which was perfect for our large group! It is the first time in many years of renting a home for our family reunion that we have had enough table, couch, and bedroom space for everyone, plus there were more than enough dishes, utensils, and glasses-- a wonderful bonus. We hiked, biked, rock climbed, hot tubbed, played ping pong & foosball, and cooked like crazy--it was wonderful! We will definitely return to this comfortable home.

Family time

The house was well located for our activities at Zion, Bryce, and North Rim. We had 14 adults at the house and it was very comfortable. We appreciated the three tables that provided enough space for group meals, jigsaw puzzles, and games. The house feels spacious. That said, there is one coffee maker, so we brought in a Kuerig for our stay. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, but we went to the store for aluminum foil, plastic wrap, baggies, and trash bags. The grocery is half a mile away, so very convenient. The Rock River Roasting Company is down the street too, and has great food. Nice walking path in the neighborhood at Confluence Park.
