It’s great that you can check in early and visit the waterpark when it opens, but every time we have done that (3 times) the wristband they initially gave us does NOT work to open the room door. They always say “you’ll get a text when your room is ready; just use your wristband to open the door..” each time, we get to the door and the wristband doesn’t work. Then you have to track down a cleaning person to let you in and then go back to the lobby and fight your way through the crowd to get new wristbands. Other than that, we have had a great stay. We always stay just one night because they allow you to use the waterpark the whole day you check in and the whole day you check out. They have showers in the waterpark so we just keep our shower stuff with us after we check out.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. I would expect a better service for a hotel charges average $400 a night. No room cleaning unless you request. Only trash pick up and new towels. They dont make beds unless you request it. Overpriced old hotel. Hotels.com also did a poor job when i wanted to check out earlier. They hold me 12 hours on hold in their chat room (as platinum member) and they absolutely fixed nothing. I recommend everyone to book their room directly with hotels. Dont use these agencies. Hotels they dont help you because you are not their customer. You are hotels.com (Expedia) customer. And Expedia dont do anything for you unless they get it from the hotel. So why deal with middle man. I do use hotels.com for 20 years and i booked 30+ bookings with every year. This is my advice. Look at the price here and book directly with hotel..

Plenty to do on site. Very fun for our 5 and 3 year olds. On a less positive note, the food is way overpriced and mediocre. We will definitely come back, but venture out or order out for food.

The building was beautiful but it was like walking into a Harry Potter venue with tasks for the kids to do in different areas of the building. The water park and the pool area were great. Convenient food and lots of activities for the entire family but everything was costly.
