Room was clean, bed was comfortable… elevator was out of service, the other sketchy (smelled like part’s cleaner and oil) could not get it to close, had to get hotel employee to get door closed (concerning). Tv in room did not work, said it was a programming issue, tried to make coffee at 3:30am, Keurig coffee maker would not lock top, didn’t work. DISSAPOINTING!

Was put in a room without AC. First Lady told me to wait for maintenance. After 20 minutes I called again and the next lady was more accommodating. She got me a new room right away and apologized.
