The common areas of the hotel were not clean, especially in the hallways and elevators. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booked 2 rooms and had a problem with both assigned at check in. One had marks on the sheets and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The other had not been cleaned after the prior guest. We were immediately placed in new and upgraded rooms. Both of which were clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was great. Arrived on time both times we used it. They run every 30 mins on the hour and half hour 24/7. No restaurant on site but the Radisson is a short walk and has a restaurant and bar. Didn’t stay for breakfast Probably would not stay here again due to general cleanliness.

Hotel was great. Shuttle can be a bit dicey though, we saw a couple times where the van was full and couldn't take more passengers. Make sure you get outside 10 minutes before the shuttle comes to ensure that you get a spot.

They charged parking fee even though it specifically said FREE parking. They kept it really cold in the hall ways. We were in room 408 right by a staff only room and at 5:30am we hear the door slamming repeatedly. There is signs al over stating quote time was down 10pm till 6am. Breakfast and the attendant was awesome. LOCATION was great.

The hotel’s parking is not free, as advertised. They charge $15 per night for parking right outside the hotel. The cans/drinks in the concession stand are extremely expensive. Overall that was a bad experience. On the other hand the hotel and the room was clean and confortable. Breakfast veas good too.

Shuttle was on time and the driver did an outstanding job helping with an elderly couple and their motorized chair. Quick, friendly, professional and very helpful. Air conditioner and fan did not wotk. No power to thermostat or ac unit. Told desk, they said they'd take care if it...they did not. Hot and stuffy all during the stay. This is unexceptional service and needs further training.
