"I planned this trip months before, like 5-8 months. We get there at like 8-9am and I know they require an early check in fee, which is fine with me. Our room wasn’t ready, so they told us to wait. I thought it was gonna be ready in like two hours maybe? Nah, we waited over 4 hrs just to downgrade ..."
