Everything is very dated , lights didn’t work in our room, sheets weren’t the greatest, door didn’t completely close . Water didn’t get hot.

The bed was probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low. Other than that everything else about the hotel was good. There is a lot of noise due to the close proximity of the interstate

Sheets were stained. Property was in run down condition. It hard to believe Best Western Corporate allows franchise holders to represent them like this. Im not sure where the picture of the property was taken. It must have been years ago. I mean, its okay for the price. But Im a HOG member and always use BW when Im on the road. This one missed the mark.

The property, staff, and breakfast were OK but what was not OK was the temperature control in the room. The AC unit was not client adjustable, but adjustable by management only from some remote location. The management's choice for appropriate temperature was not compatible with ours for proper sleeping. We had very poor sleep due to the excessive warm temperatures -- not what was expected after a very long day when checking into a facility at the rate charged. We will not make this mistake again, since we will not patronize this property again. Too many other facilities to choose from that recognize a clients needs.
