Beautifully maintained property with private outdoor space is situated at the end of Rua das Flores, Algar Seco which is a quiet area of great beauty. It is close to the bars, shops and restaurants of the fishing village of Carvoeiro and a 2 minute walk from the stunningly beautiful Algar Seco cliffs and nature walks. A scenic 10 minute stroll along the coastal road leading down to the village square takes you to the popular beach of Praia do Carvoeiro. The property has 2 large bedrooms, 1 single bedroom,1 bathroom, open plan living and modern amenities. The custom built kitchen has all the modern conveniences. The bathroom has a bath/hand shower and "rain" type overhead shower. The master bedroom has an ergonomic super king size bed with large double patio doors leading directly to the jacuzzi area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with brand new mattresses. Bedding and duvets provided. The third bedroom has a single bed with clothes storage space for folded and hanged clothing. The flat roof is ideal for sunbathing with panoramic views of the sea and the local area. The lounge has a flat screen TV with loads of UK TV channels, sports channels and movie channels. available (internet system) We have Fast Wifi! Beautifully refurbished working fireplace. Ideally situated to explore the Algarve. Note: Air Conditioning available in living area.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la location.La maison est trÚs bien située avec une magnifique vue mer depuis la terrasse. TrÚs bien équipée, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Elle est proche de toutes les commodités et de tous les sites à visiter.La climatisation est disponible dans la piÚce centrale mais moyennant 10 par jour.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, villa trÚs bien placée. Carvoeiro est une ville avec énormement de restaurants/bars et magasins, la plage est superbe. Grande villa avec tout ce qu'il faut, Mark le manager est trÚs gentil est à l'écoute. Le seul point négatif c'est la salle de bain, trÚs mauvaise odeur d'égout trÚs persistante tout au long de la semaine lumiÚre qui marche pas + douche trÚs difficile à regler le chaud et froid. Sinon le reste trÚs bien.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon moment à Carvoeiro. C'est une petite ville trÚs chaleureuse et animée. On y trouve d'excellents restaurants. Les sentiers le long des falaises sont à couper le souffle. La maison est bien équipée et bien situé, Nous aurions aimé y retrouver quelques condiments pour la cuisine: sel, poivre, sucre, ...

Wonderful time in Carvoeiro

We had a wonderful time in Carvoeiro, the house is stiuated very close to the boardwalk, and all the other coastal walks which are fabulous.We had good contact with Mark and Roger, and any issues we had Mark found a solution too.The roof terrace is absolutely beautiful,with the views and the sea air, we spent all our time outside,there are plenty of places to sit ,also downstairs on three patios,the kitchen is very complete,the sitting room very comfortable,and dining area is great, with big French Doors of Glass which make everything very light.Thanks once again Mark and Roger

Auszeit genießen

Schönes Haus mit allem was man benötigt. Herrlicher Meerblick. Am besten war der Jacuzzi. Wir waren jeden Tag mindestens 30 Minuten drinnen (32 Grad). Super war auch der Kamin. Zum Wanderweg an den Klippen sind es gerade mal 3 Minuten. Zum Italiener 2 Minuten. Sonnenuntergang ĂŒber dem Meer. Zum einkaufen sind wir zum Intermache am Ortseingang. Da gibt es auch Holz und AnzĂŒnder. Holz 10 Kg kosten 5 Euro. Vielen Dank auch an Roger und Mark. Waren fĂŒr RĂŒckfragen immer erreichbar. Alles wie beschrieben. Wir kommen wenn möglich nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder.

Der check in war super,netter Empfang,genaue ErklĂ€rung vom Haus. Das Haus liegt optimal,super nah am Meer und den vielen Restaurants u GeschĂ€ften,aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der whirlpool ist auch eine coole Sache,leider viel die Heizung die letzten beide Tage aus. KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. An der Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden,auch kleinere Reparaturen und Erneuerungen wĂŒrden dem Haus gut tun. Ich kann das Haus mit 5 Sternen weiterempfehlen. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub in Carvoeiro braucht, inklusive Blick aufs Meer von der Terasse aus. Die Lage war fĂŒr uns perfekt, nicht zu nah am Zentrum, dennoch alles rasch fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Hervorzuheben ist Roger, der Besitzer des Hauses, der praktisch immer etreichbar ist und Anfragen fast umgehend beantwortet. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit erneut das Haus buchen@

Villa was filthy dirty on arrival, no beds made up, bathroom and kitchen where unhygienic. Floors where sticky when u walked on them Meet and greet guy, turned up drunk! Villa smelt of sewage, had to leave all windows open. One day we had no water to the villa. Hot tub temperature did not work. Major roadworks outside the villa, so from 8am to 6pm, all we could hear was dump trucks and diggers...the noise was terrible, so had to leave the villa each morning. Terrible experience, i will be contacting the owner about getting a refund for the villa. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated

Fantastic venue, fantastic views

The villa was way more than we expected and a great place to spend our holiday, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The rooftop sunbathing area was great with a lovely view of the sea and we even saw the dolphins swimming by one late afternoon. There was a BBQ for use that we didn't expect and spent many an evening sitting outdoors enjoying beautiful fresh food from the Intermarche (large supermarket approx 3km away). We did have an issue with the temperature of the hot tub but the manager's son came and looked at this for us. My mum has slight mobility issues and had trouble getting in and out of the shower and with the steep pathway into the property so that is something to be aware of for anyone who has any mobility problems. I have seen negative reviews on the site about the villa being damp and smelling of damp, I can imagine if the property is empty for any length of time or during winter months that there would a damp smell with the property as there was a slight smell when we arrived but being so close to the sea this is to be expected and was easily rectified by opening one or more of the wonderful patio doors that give light and a cooling breeze through when it is so hot. You have access to the numerous pools in the Alga Seco complex should you wish to use them with great views of the sea. Arcordeao bar is a nice friendly little bar, great for watching sports of llistening to music and does snacks. O Cantinho restaurant does great food and really friendly staff. Vale de Milho golf is a 20 minute walk away, nice little 9 hole course (a bit hilly), great food and bar run by English family who also run the tennis Clube de Carvoeiro. Great food, lovely setting and fabulous gins

We stayed here earlier in the summer and were shocked at the damp state of the property. It has been a beautiful home in the past, but hasn't been maintained or cleaned well and I spent a whole day just cleaning the kitchen and living area. The reason that we needed a 3-bedroom villa was that my husband and I were bringing our toddler and my father-in-law. We were then disappointed and angry when we found that the 3rd bedroom could not be used as the wall and ceiling were both black with damp. When I raised this with the manager Jeanette, she told us as there was only 4 of us staying, 2 bedrooms would be enough for us and we didn't need to use the 3rd. This was reiterated by the owner Roger, who said he definitely wouldn't recommend a toddler, or anyone, sleeping the 3rd bedroom. They were both aware of the damp situation before we arrived, and yet hadn't informed us beforehand. This is not the standard of accommodation, or level of customer service we are used to in Carvoeiro, having holidayed in the village for a number of years, and we were shocked and angry to receive this treatment. I am glad to see that they have now amended the advert to say 2 bedrooms, but I wouldn't recommend staying in this property until they invest more money into the maintenance of the building and manage it better in resort.
