Trashy

The place looks nice on the outside but complimented with very poor service at the bar. The front desk person tried in her own way but the damage too immense to ignore. I was bitten by mosquitoes and the bed was uncomfortable Had to struggle to get towels for two people despite my booking saying so it is for two people. The hotel needs to train it's staff so it can meet up with the potential which the potential.

My 12 night stay at this faclity started out frustrating because the hotel didn't confirm my reservation. I had to call Expedia support 5 times before things got straightened out. The room I was given was not the room I reserved and paid for. I reserved a room with a kitchen through Expedia website but the hotel management refused to honor it even though the room was available, and I showed them my Expedia confirmation. The hotel needs to understand it's relationship with Expedia. If this hotel is booked through Expedia, there is no guarantee the hotel will honor the room reserved or the discounted rate. The hotel staff was courteous and tried to be helpful throughout my stay. Security was good.

awful experience

Hotel wasn’t prepaed for my arrival, inflated prices because I was a white American, the gym equip didn’t work. Bad bad bad.

It was nice. The rooms were clean and inviting. I appreciate the service and the attitudes of the staff in the hotel. I think breakfast could be a little better as in variety. It the same everyday. ☹️ Beside that my husband and I enjoyed our stay and appreciated the courtesy.

Well located little hotel

I was more than 2 weeks in this hotel. The facilities were according to the price i paid. There grocery stores and eateries at a walking distance in a very secue neighhoughood Staff was really helpful and attentive. Breakfast time is long and availability of basic breakfast items can be improved by management. Pool was clean and well maintained. Very good alternative for Other expensive hotels at Victoria Island if the time to stay is longer than a couple of days
