We loved everything about the Hyatt. Swans, Parrots, Birds and Penguins. Saw a whale Breach fromour balcony. All the staff were very helpful.

We had a great stay. The staff was still recovering from the wildfire but was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful. The penguins and birds in the lobby are super fun and my kid loved it. The only thing pool grotto was under construction, which was a little disappointing as we were looking forward to that but everything else was amazing.
