We stayed two weeks in this fantastic house in Oriciatico. The family that welcomed us was very kind and gentle, we got several tips to do in the area. We were there with two kids and got everything we needed. The house was tidy and clean, the location is easy to travel from and the pool has a gorgeous view. We had an amazing time in Orciatico and can recommend it most definetly. Ciao tutti!

The house is very nice. Autenthic. The garden is the real reason why you should book this accommodation. Astonishing views and great swimming pool. We had really bad weather so we didn’t enjoy the garden as much as we would have liked. The village is small. Not very much to do.

Das Haus war wunderschön und von der Ausstattung her gab es alles was man benöti ...

Das Haus war wunderschön und von der Ausstattung her gab es alles was man benötigt. Vorallem der riesige und wunderschöne Pool ist das absolute Highlight. Der komplette Außenbereich ist wunderschön und man hat von dem Pavillon oben einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft und Volterra. Absolut top war, dass es Fliegengitter gibt. Wir waren danach in einer anderen Unterkunft ohne und es war grausam nachts. Hier gab es aber keine Probleme! Die Vermieter waren auch sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Trotz allem gibt es ein paar Kritikpunkte: - Das WLAN war eine absolute Katastrophe und im Haus war auch der mobile Empfang sehr schlecht - Die Liegen am Pool gehören dringend ersetzt, da sie total durchgelegen sind - Das zweite Zimmer hat zwei sehr unbequeme Einzelbetten - Es gibt keinen Parkplatz direkt vor oder am Haus. Zum Entladen darf man kurz halten und im Dorf gibt es kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten. Weitere Punkte, für die die Vermieter nichts können, daher separat: - Es gibt wirklich unzählige Tigermücken, sodass wir abends kaum draußen sitzen konnten bzw. wir uns einen Ventilator kaufen mussten um es einigermaßen auszuhalten - Tagsüber sind zudem auch lästige Bremsen unterwegs. Besonders wenn man nass aus dem Pool kommt beißen diese gerne zu und nerven. - In dem Dorf Orciatico gibt es keine wirklichen Restaurants und Supermärkte. Es gibt lediglich eine Bar/Café welches super leckeren Kaffee anbietet, Drinks und Snacks. Der kleine Dorfladen hat Brot, Pasta aber sonst nicht wirklich viel. Es gab bei uns nur Zwiebeln und verschimmelte Zitronen. Alle Grundnahrungsmittel bekommt man hier nicht (nicht mal Milch zB). Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es war für uns trotzdem alles gut, aber sollte man vorher einfach wissen :) ein Auto ist hier ein Muss!

Sehr charmantes Haus, toll hergerichtet

Sehr charmantes Haus mit herrlichem Außenbereich. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und der Ausichtsplatz oberhalb des Pools hat wirklich eine wunderbare Aussicht. Das Haus ist mitten in dem kleinen Bergdorf, aber absolut ruhig. Tolles Ambiente im Erdgeschoß durch ein paar Relikte aus der früheren Zeit als Ölmühle, Auch sonst ist das Haus sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Idyllisches Haus

Nach vielen Ausflügen in die nahe und ferne Umgebung, war es toll in das Haus zu kommen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren eine Bereicherung! Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Heel leuke aangename woning te midden Orciatico. Voldoende schaduwplaats en voor wie wil ook heel veel plaats om te zonnen. Het zwembad was zalig en nagenieten kan in de jacuzzi. Vanuit de tuin heb je een mooi zicht op de Toscaanse heuvels en Volterra. Vriendelijke mensen in het dorpje met de aanwezigheid van een klein winkeltje, een bank en bar. Aanrader! Via de eigenaar (Gualandi) ook wijn en olijfolie gekocht van hun eigen ranken en boomgaard.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgebaute Ölmühle! Wohlfühlen im tollen Ambiente! Ferienwohnung voller schöner Antiquitäten. Entspannen im Pool und im Jakuzi und den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Hügel der Toscana und Volterra genießen…. Einzigste Touristen im Schönen verschlafenen Dorf. Sehr nette freundliche Dorfbewohner.

Geweldige accommodatie! Goed toegankelijk vanaf de weg. Bij het huisje heb je 3 garages, een elektronische poort voor de auto en een hek / omheining om het hele huis. Huis is modern. Grote (volledige) keuken, prima badkamers. Zwembad en tuin ook erg mooi aangelegd en onderhouden. Je kunt zelf een robot aanzetten om het zwembad te schrobben iedere nacht. Enige wat voor ons ontbrak waren wat zachte kussens voor de ligbedden.

Prachtige locatie in gerestaureerd olijfolie fabriekje met verschillende terrassen om te genieten van tuin, heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht op de vallei. Romantisch dorpje met minimale voorzieningen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Dorp ligt tegen heuvel geplakt, dus veel klimwerk. Ook op benedenverdieping in het huis veel treden tussen de verschillende ruimtes. Bedden kunnen een betere matras gebruiken. Ideale plek voor een rustige vakantie (in eigen tuin) of als uitvalsbasis voor mooie culturele excursies in de prachtige steden in de omgeving.
