No issues at all. Clean with polite staff and basically what you would expect in a Louisiana casino experience. This is not the strip in Vegas and petrochem is king in Lake Charles so factor that into the clientele and surroundings but I’ve stayed twice and would do again as it is convenient to Houston. Amazing steak at Gordon Ramsay’s and don’t miss Steamboat Bill’s over the bridge for poboys.

We had a beautiful room over looking the lake. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was relaxing. We had reservations at Gordon Ramsay’s Steakhouse. The waiter was knowledgeable and personable and the meal was delicious. We were even able to visit with the executive chef. We enjoyed our time in the casino as well. A great visit.

The property is open and airy, as well as very clean. The staff is great! However, the pizza places pizza is dry and gross unless you catch it early in the day. The casino games do not pay out at all and the rewards club gives you nothing unless you are a high roller. The casino is dead during the day and night. Most casinos you hear jackpot bells ringing here you hear nothing.
