No breakfast was offered even though it was advertised. Also, a $50 deposit was required which was not disclosed upfront. It was refunded upon check out.

Room was ok. This place makes you pay a $50 deposit which is very annoying. The room was booked and prepaid and I would not stay here again because of this. I have never had to pay a deposit at a hotel before.

Well the lady who is co owner of hotel is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She made me make 2 reservations because the first one i didnt pay online but chose to pay at property BIG mistake. My debit card is in my apple wallet and since she couldnt physically see the name she declined to accept it well second booking somehow got in my email adress name and i paid for it well she ofc declined that as well i couldnt change it and am out almost 80 dollars!!!! On top of her rudeness!!!

It was near the function I was there for, including my favorite eating place. It was also near the inter state highway I travel. The price was the most reasonable and it served it's purpose. When I go back up there, I will book with them again!

Bates Hotel!!!

Hotel.com needs to actually physically review the locations that have on their website! My grandson and I felt is wasn’t safe and we both couldn’t sleep much! The place was rundown and the serve was barely average! Will never go back and I’m very disappointed with Hotel.com for even having it on their website! Shame on them!!!

Stay from hell, not recommended to anyone

Super dirty room, broken shower faucet with pipes showing out, disgusting floors,bad smell, no breakfast included, they only offer coffee at the lobby. We were the only people stay on this place, it felt like a horror movie. No maintenance at all.The bed was comfy but no comforter, towels were harder than a sand paper all stained, a/c super dirty... horrible won't describe this place. Not recommended not even for $20 a night. The guy at the lobby was nice though.

This was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was run down and seemed very dirty, they said they had a continental breakfast and it was little Debbie's and coffee, what a jole. Don't know how this place had over a 5 star rating.

Continental breakfast was a cup of coffee and Little Debby snack cakes. Get there earlynor they are gone. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet for being near the road. Lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance.
