Welcome to Anahata House—your peaceful retreat in the heart of Lake Lure.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or an adventure-filled weekend with friends, Anahata House is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect.

Conveniently located a couple of  minutes from  Lake Lure Beach and Chimney Rock Village, you’ll be close to local favorites, including the candy shop, escape room, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and all the natural beauty the area has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms designed for restful nights, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the cozy living room, where you can curl up beside the warm glow of the gas fireplace after a day of exploring.

Our home has a split-level layout, with a 3rd bedroom and full bathroom located downstairs through a separate entrance—ideal for grandparents, another couple, or teens looking for a little extra privacy.

One of the best parts of staying here is slowing down. Slip into the private hot tub beneath the trees, sip your morning coffee on the spacious deck as the forest wakes up around you, or spend the evening under the stars roasting marshmallows and apples around the fire pit. It’s the perfect setting for meaningful conversations, quiet mornings, and cozy nights.

Traveling with little ones or your four-legged family member? We’ve got you covered. We welcome children and dogs (with prior approval and a pet fee) and provide a small fenced side yard along with baby gates to make traveling a little easier.

Relaxing getaway

The cabin was clean and cozy. Loved the hot tub and fireplace. Kitchen was well stocked. The property is close to restaurants and hiking trails.

Everything about the house was perfect. I would highly recommend booking a stay. Very close to restaurants but you feel far away.

The host was very responsive and very helpful. One thing that I will suggest is that the towels need dried longer because they did have a smell other than that the cabin was beautiful. We also did inconvenience the host by bringing 7 dogs (with permission) and she was really nice to let us bring them all! Thank you again for allowing us and our several fur babies stay at your beautiful cabin.

Just book it!!

Don't think twice about booking this gem. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and the hot tub is an added plus. You feel like you are deep in the mountains, but are so close to local dining and attractions. Ashley was such a wonderful host and was very responsive. We loved it so much, we ended up extending our stay and extra night! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us! We will be back soon!

Reunion

Six friends reunited for just one night to catch up. This lovely cabin nestled in the woods was perfect. Our biggest concern was parking and that was not a problem here. The cabinet itself was lovely and well maintained we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
