I was staying in room 304 and room 302 had the alarm going off at 1 o’clock in the morning my family and kids could not sleep. Tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. It was horrible had no sleep.

Nice clean hotel but I do have a few complaints. First is the elevator was down when I was there. Second is the AC/heat wasn't working in my room and finally the hotel is right next to the highway so traffic noise can be loud and keep you awake all night. If you're a light sleeper you want a room on the other side. The room itself was modern, clean and bright.

No forks in the silverware tray in the room, but we were given plastic forks upon request, which worked perfectly fine. The temperature was impossible to control overnight, either icy cold or very hot, making for a not very good night’s sleep.

Property is well kept although a bit outdated. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. I’d stay there next time I need a place in Sanford.

I didn’t like that the elevator wasn’t in service and I was on the 4th floor for a 5 day stay.

Staff was kind for the most part. Elevator broke. Only 1 of 2 hot water heaters working NEVER had a hot shower in 4 showers while there. Phone in room not even hooked up. Tried calling from cell to front desk one evening and it rank 10 times and hung up 3 times - what if there were an emergency? The side door was kept open by a rock hallways stunk of marijuana consistently. I felt very unsafe In parking lot.
