This three bedroom, three bathroom house (with two master bedrooms) is the perfect home for a family getaway, a corporate retreat, or for friends to enjoy. Every room has a smart TV including the living room. Rainy day? No problem! This house has an air-conditioned game room featuring a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, a Daytona USA arcade Racing game and an arcade machine featuring just about every game from old school arcade, Atari, and all the Nintendo games from Gameboy though N64. Over 11 thousand games!

Relax in your back porch while you enjoy the most amazing sunsets or take a dip in the private hot tub.

Bring your boat! This house is centrally located one house away from a quiet boat ramp. You can drop your boat and tie it off at your private dock.

Lake Clay is a sand-bottom lake perfect for skiing, tubing, wake-boarding, jet-skiing and fishing.

Feel free to grill out on the gas grill and enjoy a nice sunset dinner.

The property also has its own private fire pit, perfect for evening s'mores and relaxing.

This is a nice property. Clean, Comfortable beds, TVs in every room, Kitchen was fully stock with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes, coffee maker, toaster, ETC. Great weekend to enjoy family.

Edward had all details covered in our stay. Clean, had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning along the way. Very easy process and even checked in super early! He was on it when we had to inquire about a small issue and it was fixed in no time! Highly suggest the beautiful lakehouse and super fun gameroom to add! Thank you Edward! Well be back!

Cottage rental

Edward the owner was easy to deal with and quick to response to any needs. Put us in touch with a Pontoon rental that worked out great. Beautiful sunsets and fire pit. Close to town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Overall a good place to stay for sure.

Wonderful Lake Clay getaway!

Everything was very accommodating with all the essentials provided! Our family including 2 small grandchildren plan a week away together & this was perfect! 3 bedrooms 3 bath, on white sandy Beach Lake Clay so kids could swim, a/c garage converted into a wonderful game room, washer & dryer, a hot tub and gas grill! Couldn't ask for anything any better. Very clean & orderly ....Highly recommend

Lake Placid Home

We just had a death in the family so this home was a perfect retreat. The house was as described. Three bedrooms with three adjoining bathrooms, very spacious and private. The lake was beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful. The interior of the house was newly remodeled and had everything we needed. My only complaint was that we were not able to enjoy the water more. Unfortunately, we do not own a boat and having access to kayaks or paddle boats would have been amazing. We would recommend this property.

Amazingly Updated Three Bedroom in Lake Placie

We reserved this house along with the one next door to accommodate our group of 17. It was a perfect week before Christmas and we are grateful this house was part of the week. The house was tastefully updated with a very modern feel. Three large bedrooms, each with a full bath were perfect and the kitchen was a perfect size. The outside included a large yard, nice dock for fishing, a hot tub on the patio, and a fire pit where we made s’mores. The communication with the owner pre-check-in was easy, they provided all the particulars, we were treated with a surprise gift when we arrived, and the checkout was super quick and easy. If you need a luxurious place to stay in Lake Placid, this is your place. If you need more room, pair it with the next door house for a perfect combo!

Lovely lake house

Our family spent 3 nights at this lovely lake house. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Only one slight problem was the shower in the master bathroom didn’t drain properly. Since we weren’t there long and there are 3 bathrooms, it didn’t bother us. We notified the owner our last day who wasn’t aware of the problem. He said he would fix it right away.

Amazing property and owner

Such a great time at this beautiful Lake Placid property, wonderful accommodations, each room with ample bed space, televisions. A fantastic hot tub looking out on the lake. Enjoyed strong communication with Eddie who ensured we had everything we needed and our accommodations are comfortable. Would love to come back again and enjoy the beach on the property again. Would definitely recommend this to other travelers!

The Most Perfect Lakehouse! Incredible Sunsets!

First of all, the sunsets here are unreal. It seems this is one of the few houses on Lake Clay where the back-yard / lake has a westward exposure. This house is the definition of relaxation. My family and I stayed here and really enjoyed every aspect of this property. We spent every morning on the dock enjoying our coffee and ate dinner every evening on the back screened porch watching the sunset. The hot tub was great! Our kids loved hanging out in their own room and the gaming system kept them (and sometimes the parents haha) entertained during lake breaks. Having a smart TV in every bedroom was perfect for us. The kids also loved the huge back yard. There was tons of room to play. We didn't use the fire pit, but the fire pit area is really nice down by the beach. Working with Eddie was a breeze. The keypad entry made checking in super smooth and easy. His communication was on point. He was very quick to respond to all my inquiries. The whole experience was perfect and I am so thankful we found this gem and our favorite house so far in Lake Placid. We can't wait to return!
