Human Feces On Towel

This was my second stay at your hotel, and this time I brought my family. Unfortunately, our experience began with a very concerning first impression. Upon entering our room and looking into the washroom, we discovered that one of the towels provided for our use had visible human feces on it. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, and while I did receive an apology, the response felt insufficient given the seriousness of the matter. This is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about the quality control and attention to detail in your housekeeping and overall operations. A guest should never have to experience something so unsanitary, especially in what is supposed to be a clean and welcoming environment. This situation not only grossed out my entire family but also undermined our trust in the cleanliness standards of your establishment. I strongly urge you to review your processes and implement stricter quality checks to ensure this never happens again. Your guests deserve far better, and this level of oversight is simply not acceptable.

The cleanest holiday inn property I’ve been too. Great job to the cleaning staff. It smelled clean too - you can tell they take care of the property. The front desk staff were also very helpful with my questions. Would recommend this hotel.

This is a brand new hotel, extremely clean and quiet, there are a lot of restaurants at walking distance, the breakfast is great, and the staff is nice and helpful, a great experience.

2 nights in Lakeshore

I've always been pleased with where we have stayed in the area in the past but the Holiday Inn express in St Clair Beach is a cut above. Though the cost per night stay was a bit more it's well worth it. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was large, as was the walk-in shower. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's also very accessible to shopping, restaurants and parks. We got so comfortable that we lost track of time and were late leaving. We had a very pleasant stay and I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

Breakfast was well set up and had lots of options. It was pretty good. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were nice as well. There was a good variety. My complaint is the polyester sheets. They make for a very hot sleep. I kept getting up to turn the temperature in the room down. I know they are cheaper but I barely slept because of the sheets.
