Bring on the “Wow” factor with this open floor plan view BEAUTIFUL, quiet, relaxing Lake home located on one the channels of Indian Lake.

Looking for a great place to make memories with your family? An awesome house for a couples get-away with plenty of space and privacy? Girls weekend oasis, guys trip to fish and boat, watch the football game? Perfect family get together for the the holidays, or a romantic spot for two?

This lake house can do it all!!! Large enough to accommodate multiple families, yet with intimate escapes that transport you out of your everyday worries.

If you are looking to fish, boat, kayak, sail, jet-ski, ski, snowboard, snowmobile, ice fish, horseback ride, golf etc. this is the place located on the water, and just minutes away from Mad River Ski resort and plenty of golf courses.

Home is fully equipped. The renovated kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, silverware, cookware, dishes. Dining seats 14. Island bar seats 4. Living room has 1 pull out couch full size bed, 1 Love seat, hi-speed wifi, 70 inch flatscreen smart TV, and amazing views of Indian Lake. BR1: Queen bed / 50 inch smart TV (wifi). BR2: Queen bed / 50 inch smart TV (wifi). BR3: Bunk Bed room with a single bed underneath. Another twin bed with a single bed underneath / 43 inch smart TV (wifi). You will rest peacefully in one of the three bedrooms or even the pull-out couch located in the living area. Towels, linens, pillows provided. Iron and hairdryer. BRAND NEW-Washer and dryer. Heat and A/C. Outside Propane Grill. Boat parking out back of house! Nice fenced in backyard! Where you can play corn hole ( provided at cottage ) & let the kids play! Beautiful Deck to accommodate all your friends & family! Separate deck on the water. Where you can sit swing & enjoy the pure bliss of lake life!

Plenty of Parking on site you can fit about 5-6 vehicles.

Little park located about 2 mins (walk) down the street great for kids! Perfect neighborhood to take a run or just a peaceful walk.

Seminole Cottage is a gem!

We had such a great time in the Seminole Cottage. It’s in a good location surrounded by very quiet neighbors. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, including food items left by previous renters. The outdoor space is a perfect set up for enjoying lake life. Can’t say enough great things about the host, Chelsea. She was very accommodating! Would highly recommend this home.

Great Getaway

What a great place. Our stay included 9 adults, a baby and a dog. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of room and accommodations. Chelsea was great with communication and the home was exactly has advertised. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Great hosts!

My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had a great time. House is great and sits nicely towards the end of a canal. We rented a boat and docked it easily. Lots of great amenities and the kids had a blast. Would easily rent again in the future. Communication with the hosts was also really good. Responded quickly to everything. Thanks again.

This is a great getaway for a bigger family love the whole surroundings.

We enjoyed the space in the house the outside area was Beautiful it was nice to have pet friendly and enjoyed that we could stay put and enjoy cooking on the grill and play Cornhole and games at the house that was provided.

Relaxing

We went for a nice long relaxing weekend, and that is exactly what we had! Check in and check out was a breeze! Property was just as described. It had so many extras that we did not expect! It was the perfect family vacay! Loved the little community and location! Rented a pontoon from Spend a Day Marina! Also, rented a golf cart from Spencer at Patriot golf cart. Both were super easy to deal with as well! Definitely would come back!

Fantastic Lake Property

Beautiful lake house property, very clean and open space. Huge sunroom, great fenced backyard and dock. There also is gas grill and a large blackstone grill, nice big firepit as well. Great communication from host. Would definitely stay again!

Great, spacious lake home!

We really enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July. This home is clean, well stocked, and has a great layout with lots of usable space. It was convenient to be on the canal with easy access to the lake by boat. We would stay here again!

Friendcation

From before we even arrived we had exceptional communication from the host. The property was as described and absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone as well. The yard was nice and plenty of room to play cornhole and have a fire in the pit. This is most definitely a dream vacation spot for central Ohio. We will be back the end of June next year and enjoying the beautiful Indian lake!
