There are two rooms, each with one double bed, and another room with two beds. Additionally, the property has two showers/bidet/WC. The upper floor houses a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, electric coffee machine, a small dining table, and an exit to the veranda, as well as a separate WC. The second upper floor has two rooms, each with one double bed, one sleeping facility, and shower/WC. Another room has one double bed and shower/WC, while the last room has two beds and shower/WC. The third upper floor serves as a living room, and the villa is heated with oil heating.
