Great small casino, too bad smoking is allowed. Good food options- although the only breakfast restaurant was horrible - they have Starbucks to make up for it. The gentleman outside (valet) are so personable-always laughing /smiling …the ladies at the front don’t smile- no “good morning“/ “hello” when we walk by , they just look at you up and down- and we stayed 6 nights! They definitely need some better customer service! .. Overall best hotel to stay in Vegas away from all the crazy on the strip!

Property is very beautiful. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Room needs some attention. Shower was broken. Sink area and shower drain had hard water buildup. Mattress and pillows were terrible. Mattress sunk in and pillows are flat, worn out.

Although the staff and property is beautiful the room shower was damaged, hard water build up on bathroom faucet and tub/shower. Mattress and pillows need to be replaced. Mattress sunk in and pillows were flat. Very uncomfortable.

Very disappointed

First day , broken iron , running toilet, wifi issues , broken refrigerator . Day two broken shower door , no hot water for the shower and toilet continued to run. Only alllowed two users for wifi and the wifi was terrible. The hotel manager did somewhat reduce our bill and gave us credit for a restaurant I would have rather had a nice comfortable working room. I missed my Mother's Day breakfast with family because none of my family could take a shower. The breakfast was the purpose of the trip. Mother's Day was ruined for me . Maintenance crew was very quick to come fix things but in a 4 star hotel you shouldn't have everything in your room broken. Although a very nice hotel and staff I would not recommend this hotel.

The property has a nice location. It’s not overly crowded but the casino is really smoking. You pay a resort fee, but the swimming pool is only open from 11 to 7. So don’t stay one night like we did because you don’t have any time to use the resort.

It was quiet and clean on the hotel side. Staff were friendly, especially valet and engineering. The casino was very loud, not busy, just really loud music. The capriottis staff were great, the rest of the food court was so focused on closing procedures that they lack in customer service. I ate a lot of capriottis in the late evening after myertings ended.
