100% would stay at this property again - our host was very accommodating and helpful, the condo is very spacious and nice - I’m pretty sure our kids thought they were living the life of the rich and famous! Of course it’s a little worn down but I’m guessing not everyone that stays there is as respectful to a property as we are! I loved having multiple MASSIVE bathrooms
since we have all girls, that was perfect! We will be back!

The host took 17 hours to get back to me.The hot tub definitely needs some TLC (staining and rusting).The furniture needs some TLC (chips in tables, torn chairs, broken hot tub shut off button, scratches in the wall, broken lamp).There was a urine colored dry puddle in the corner adjacent to the toilet of one of the bathrooms.The inside of the refrigerator has dried juices of some sort that wasn't cleaned up and an uneaten pizza.Someone was doing construction upstairs both days we stayed from 8:30am to 5pm, it was really noisy.Couldn't find a ball for the foosball table.The view was nice and check in was easy. I also liked that that they have security checking keys before letting anyone on the elevators. I also liked that there's a walkway through the second floor to the casino.I recommend one of the sky villas in the palms hotel/casino

Neat for a party weekend in Vegas... well worn, needs updated

It's a fun place and the hot tub was there and hot. The place shows well in photos, but it's been well partied in. The beds seemed cleaned but there was dirt on the floor, dirt on the countertops, rust on everything metal in the showers, rust on the hot tub, buckling patio floor and stains all over the carpet. Stains were so bad in the one area of the living room that they just put a carpet over the carpet to cover that area. This is a fun place to party, but that's really where it ends IMO. Check in and out was simply and one of the easiest. Staff and communication was very friendly.

Great view, great kitchen and open area, Hot tub needs some TLC couldn't get it hot enough and deck ceiling above had some staining. Also mandatory $40 cart fee was a little pricey, but valet parking was great. Property manager was very helpful when elevators weren't working upon check out. so we made sure things started for the next guests and communicated what was happening. Location was fabulous highly recommend,

Perfect stay

Rented this location for my boss and his 3 adult sons for a boys trip & they had a lovely time. Property was clean, well taken care of, great location and the owner was very responsive. It was beautifully decorated and has stunning views! There was ample space for the guys and they said they stay again!

Cannot beat this place if you’re coming to Vegas!!

I live in Las Vegas so we know the area. I know every hotel very well. Some old friends from college got together and stayed at this place. The view was worth $1 million. The location is very convenient. And the accommodations were perfect.

Unbelievable place to stay. The views never got old especially while enjoying the balcony hot tub. Extremely helpful and responsive host. Two master room layout with a movie room and it was perfectly fine for someone to sleep in. Ignore the negative review below.

The Best Home away from Home

If you want that home feeling an feel more than welcome this is the place Arthur is a great man waited on me to land from Alabama.. we got to Vegas around 1 am an he was there in front parking lot waiting for us felt like family from the minute we meet an greet don’t tease your self if you want a vacation full of pleasure this is definitely the spot hot tub in the balcony alone is a 1 million dollar view an vibes thank you Arthur for making a Dream stay happen for us

Amazing Views & Private Balcony Jacuzzi

Easy check in process and great communication with the property manager. The room was clean, spacious, and lots of personal upgrades. The best part of the property are the views of the Las Vegas strip and private hot tub balcony. We had a great time and would stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend this listing for younger children but for children ages 12 years and older.
