This hotel should not be allowed to be called a Best Western. I’ve stayed in many locations throughout the world but this location is just not ok. From unclean rooms with bugs land silverfish and hallways with trash in them and inedible breakfast and dirty equipment. Many concerns were voiced and staff did not handled in a way I would expect and used to. We ended up leaving early because non of our complaints were being taken seriously or handled. Ended up leaving day early and stay in different hotel.

The room has a great spacious layout. Unfortunately, the fridge didnt work and my food spoiled. It would have been nice if it was dusted and vacuumed properly. My dog woke up covered in dirt and I had a hard time sleeping because I was too tired to change rooms so late.

Extremely poor experience at the best western for our 2 night stay. We came in on Saturday night and were kept up all night because our room was next to the the ice machine and we had people having loud conversations all night while digging through ice banging on doors and we had no opportunity to sleep the whole night. That along with the fact that the vents in the bathroom were covered in dust that hasn’t been wiped down or cleaned in weeks at the least and I’m confident it made my girlfriend sick. Very low quality service for someone who manages a luxury high end Gym facility. Someone at the very least should reach out from management and offer a level of compensation.

This was a good alternative to staying at a "resort" with "resort fees". Nice, clean, and it has a Keurig coffee maker in the room, versus the crummy coffee so many other hotels have.

The room next door had a large dog that barked continuously. Every time someone walked through the hallway, the dog would have a barking fit. We were woken up around 6:30 am daily during our stay, but the little dogs were never a problem.
