After checking in, the staff will offer & pressure to attend a time share presentation. The rep offered giftings to attend the presentation, however after the presentation the gifting offered was not produced. We receive 1 of 3 items that was offered. The rep lied about what was offered and the we spoke with 2 supervisors which they couldn’t resolve to provide us with the gifts offered to attend due to their “ budget”. Then the rep should’ve never offered what couldn’t be given to begin with. He lied to get his referral numbers. I would never attend one of these again- it was a waste of time. To make matters worse is that we purchased the product and the end result we didn’t get what was promised. The product itself is nice but the customer service and the rep up to how the managers handled the situation was terrible. So beware on these presentations.

The only thing we enjoyed was the pool along with the waterslides.. every time we walked into the building the smell of the perfume or whatever it is they put on the rug to make it not smell like bad odor was beyond horrible and gave myself and my wife a migraine. We literally had to hold our breaths or breathe out of our mouth to get to our room or the front door of the building because it would trigger a headache or migraine. The other thing is our AC continue to shut off and we had to constantly turn it off and on with the breaker. The restroom got cold the kitchen and living room got cold, but our bedroom was hot at all times when the AC would stay on.

This is a very nice hotel. It has been renovated. Half of the pool is closed on weekdays due to lack of lifeguards, but it is not a problem, there is enough space for everyone. My children had a great time on the water slides! The room was very clean and beautiful. Clean linens. Spacious rooms. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Apon arrival AC in my room was not working After 2hrs on phone went to front desk waited 15 mins to request service Technician entered room without me there Used toilet once in handicap bathroom never shut off causing a foul order coming from drains in floor to fill the room This place is old with a fresh coat of paint Why anyone would consider purchasing a time share here is beyond me. Renting a room is even questionable. The one bright was the water slides my granddaughter enjoyed them However watch your loved ones as I watched a older lady come off the the top slide and almost drowned. Watch your love ones

The property itself is great. We’ve been here many times in the past and enjoyed the property. Unfortunately things have changed that have made it’s a less family friendly environment. When I say that I mean if you have a family that’s bigger than 4. They have a no guest policy that’s also a bummer . We came here so our 7 year old could swim on her birthday with her little cousin and we were told no guest so had to send her away. The 1bedroom 2 bathroom king suite with a sofa bed is 4 guest max , so if you have 2 adults and 3 kids you have to book another room so that’s a huge inconvenience. We did attempt to upgrade to a larger room so that my niece could swim with us and they didn’t allow it.We literally only had one 7 year old guest. Parking was easy enough. The elevator access was great. The holing fee is by far more expensive than any other Hilton . And the pool won’t even let you bring water to the pool . The drinks sold in the pool area start at $16 each and were very small. My biggest problem was that over half of the pool was closed and it was mostly the areas where the pool was 3ft for little ones . Everyone was smashed into on small area of the pool. Water slides were great. Multiple slides multiple heights . A good amount of the hot tubs were also closed. I definitely didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth for this visit .
