Vegas Family Wedding

My husband and I traveled to LV with my aging parents for a family wedding. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We didn't find the laundry until the last day. I would recommend a welcome basket with instructions, where things are located and how to gain access to the pool. It was locked the entire time of our stay. At other VRBOs we've stayed at, there are usually brochures on popular activities and dining experiences. I would also suggest adding tools for the grill and replacing or getting rid of the old spices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

the hot water knob was not working on one of the restrooms i had to call a friend to help me fix it i couldnt be with just one shower by sunday i had to fix it myself there is no way you could miss this before renting it to your next guest

Perfect Spot

This property was absolutely the best! It is a quick drive to the strip, the speedway and all other necessities. We stayed her for EDC and it was just the right size for what we were looking for. Our host was quick to respond to questions and made checking in super easy. I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Overall a very nice stay. It was very quiet never seen or heard any other tenants. Bed we used was very comfortable. Only sort of complaint is if you dont enjoy natural light please choose the room not by the road. The sun was blinding in the mornings. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

Relaxing vacation

The place was clean and comfortable.It was easy to contact the host. The location was good. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the strip.(because of construction and traffic). Red Rock canyon was a half hour away. It was breathtaking.

A little home away from home

Loved our stay here! Very close to the strip and also a great starting point for other adventures. Located in a very quiet neighborhood—it was nice and peaceful after the hustle and bustle of the strip.The host provided lots of little details that made our stay feel like a home away from home: soap and shampoo in the showers, basic kitchen suplies: dishwasher pods, trash bags and a coffee bar to name a few.She was very responsive to any communication that I sent and even provided some local restaurant recommendations on request.We would definitely stay here again

Spacious Apt

Was very much off the beaten path. One of the two beds was so hard and uncomfortable that the other couple we were with left after 1 night. Not as clean as I would have expected with the cleaning fee, they only supplied 1 washcloth per person, towels ok but washcloths, not so much. When we dropped a Gatorade bottle and picked it up we noticed a bottle under the kitchen cabinet of Soma 300 a prescription muscle relaxant. Most items had a light layer of dust of them. When we checked out I offered to discuss the cleanliness with the property manager directly as they may be unaware but she said I was good and gave me a thumbs up which doesn’t allow for these items to be corrected so now I feel obliged to let future renters know.

Great stay in Vegas

Decided not to stay right on the strip since we were attending some events elsewhere in Vegas, and glad to have found this place. Everything was as described. Communication with property manager was outstanding - always prompt and accurate. Several amenities were included that you don't always find in vrbo properties, like well-stocked kitchen spice rack, soap/shampoo/conditioner in shower, Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, etc. Really nice to have a spacious walk in shower in both bedrooms. Location is good: Seemed safe, several places to eat within walking distance, quick Uber to strip or other attractions.

Amazing stay!

We traveled to Vegas with a 3 year old and a baby. The host had things child proofed and even had gifts for the baby! They communicated with us immediately and had the easiest check out ever! Wonderful host and place to stay!

VRBO for Tradeshow Stay

Made all the difference during a crazy trade show week to wake up to great coffee, our own quick breakfast, and a great shower. Quiet neighborhood. Easy 15 min from the Convention Center too. Highly recommend to avoid casinos, huge hotel lobbies, and long elevator waits to get to your room after a long work day!
