My family and I always stay at this property when we are in town. It has just been renovated and is beautiful. Great location, Walgreens is across the street and also a few other food options as well. Service is always amazing, haven’t had a bad experience here ever.

Nice stay with exceptions

The casino was very smoky. The dining options were very limited, but the Chinese restaurant was awesome. The bowl facility was good. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The shower design sucked, as it splattered water all over the floor. Had a towel down and had to ring it out twice, to get most of the water up. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I thought it was a non-smoking hotel (of course except in the casino), but in the hotel corridors and hallways, you can smell the cigarettes and weeds almost every room that we passed by.

I really enjoyed the customer service of the Bell hops and the valley and the front desk. The housekeeping helped me get ready in my dress for my event which was amazing. Brought clean towels whenever needed and just kept things really good
