Room was clean and comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, which is, oddly, not common in Las Vegas. TV channel selection was weak if you watch TV in Las Vegas. The casino was good, they had all of the games you could want. If inexperienced dealers upset you, don't play craps here, you'll just get angry. I don't mind but I have seen a lot folks get angry about this kind of stuff. The restaurants were all good. All of the staff were nice and helpful except for the person at the front desk when I first showed up. The reason for my 3 stars is the person at the front desk who needs some customer service training and the fact that their internet is just not functional in the room I was in as well as the entire floor I was on, I checked. It didn't work throughout the casino either and neither did my phones data connection. I had to go outside to make call and use my phones data connection. If they would get better internet service and some improved customer service from their front desk staff, all of the other staff were great, I would give them 5 stars.

Wi-Fi was exceptionally bad in the room (8th floor) would disconnect then reconnect several times a minute. Having no data on my phone meant wifi at Hotel was very important for contacting uber and researching things ahead of time and booking things were impossible. Yet go down to the Casino and the Wi-Fi was perfect. I mentioned it to the front desk when checking out… doubt anything will be done about it.

Shower setup is dumb. Have to get wet turning the shower on because it is 2/3 solid glass,and the rest open. Had 2 lukewarm then cold showers trying to get the hot water to work. Took about 4 minutes when almost done for actual hot water to work. Hate having to walk thru smoky casino to access elevators to rooms. When we checked in the receptionist apologized for where our room was located, and we found out why! Long walk to last room on the floor! They should have designed a better setup. Room was ok.

This hotel is a great value. Casino smelt really Smokey up front, but air seemed to get better towards the back. The rooms were just fine and were clean. Basic items you would expect in a room. Affordability is the main draw here as Vegas has gotten really expensive. The food here is actually a lot cheaper than Strip. Location is easy to get into and out with it being just off the strip. You could technically walk to the strip if you really wanted to, but the Palms and Rio is right there by hotel. I would stay there again. Not the most glamorous hotel so if you are looking for that then you may want to look elsewhere. If you are looking for great value that may allow you to experience more attractions, then I would recommend this place.
